Itinerary
Your adventure starts at the customized meeting point. Our guide will reception you and your family with a quick speach as well as go over any questions and custom requests you may have. Here is your opportunity to add on extra activities. Feel free to ask our friendly guide for suggestions. Then it is time to jump in your jeep and head out to the Tequila ranch.
Once you arrive, you will be greeted by the ranch family, and learn about Mexico's most famous beverage, Tequila! Experience the flavors, colors and aromas of Tequila and learn about its distillation process. Make sure to pay a visit to the local animals on site. Cows, chickens, sheep and more.
After the fun at Rancho Alejandra, we are off to the East side of Cozumel island to stop at the first virgin beach, Chen Rio. Here there is a lagoon with our Crocodile friend "Ancho" who can be seen sometimes sunbathing. On the beach side of Chen Rio, there is a rock formation in the water that creates a safe spot to get in the water like a kiddie pool.
The adventure continues on to Playa San Martin. This big sandy beach is a hotspot for turtle nests. Here our guide will talk a little about the turtle season and point out the active or previously active nests. Walk along this picturesque beach and along the crystal blue waters and take a photo opportunity. You can also find an icy cold hand made beverage in the Tiki style bar right across the street.
Hop back in your jeep and lets visit the last of the east side virgin beaches, El Mirador. Here there are many artisanal huts where you can find a large variety of handmade goodies. Take the opportunity to grab something unique as a souvenir. Then climb to the top of the " El Mirador" which means the lookout in Spanish, and you will be able to do exactly that. Look out with a view over the incredible ocean, shoreline and jungle and you stand on top of an ancient rock formation. Take a picture with the Mexican flag flying in the sea breeze.
After the amazing view in Mirador, it's time for the grand finale, MoneyBar beach club. Once we arrive our friendly guide will accommodate your family at a table and show you the facilities. Here you will find a Bar, bathrooms, changing rooms, showers, and lounge chairs. Order up your included Mexican lunch with a choice of chicken, beef or fish fajitas. When you're ready for the beach, our guide will get you set up with all the necessary gear for snorkeling and they will show how to use the equipment. The visibility is outstanding in the Caribbean waters. You will be sure to see an array of different species of colorful tropical fish as you swim above the coral reef system. In the water are also floating toys and a trampoline that you are welcome to climb on. Or you can choose to sit back on a waterfront lounge chair as you catch some rays of sun and listen to the waves gently crashing along the beach shore. There is not much in the world that is more relaxing than a nice beach break.
Finally, when you are done eating, snorkeling and hanging out on the beach, it is time to go with your guide back to the meeting point where you were picked up. Here make sure to double check that you are not leaving anything behind and to thank your wonderful guide for their time and let them know how you enjoyed your day. Every one of our guide's favorite part of their job is to hear their guests feedback and to send them home content and with new lifetime memories.

Excellent booking, check in and jeep experience. Vehicle was clean. Fernando was a great driver who gave us so much history about the country and people. He was not out of sight of us as we toured but was not a ‘helicopter’. Fernando and Viator are #1 with us. Third time using them in 3 countries‼️
Fernando was the absolute best tour guide. He shared his line and culture with us and it was simply remarkable. If you want to see the island this is the way to go. Thank you so much Fernando!!!!!!!
Fernando was absolutely incredible. He immediately made us feel so comfortable, was so knowledgeable about everything, and made sure we were having a great time. Thanks for a truly incredible time, will be back again!!
Our day trip with Fernando in Cozumel was amazing!! He took us around the the entire island and shared a lot about his culture and country. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience Cozumel.
I booked this tour because I have always rented a jeep when in Cozumel. I saw this and it looked good to me. I usually spend around a hundred for the rental and here for not much more I got lunch, sodas, alcoholic and snorkeling gear. No brainer, right. Not really the jeep came with a driver, the picture does not show the driver. It does say tour but the picture shows two jeeps and no driver and says we can choose where we go. My assumtion that we could drive in a group or split away was incorrect. I got a driver who needed a tip for five hours added to the cost. Said he did not get paid by the company just tips. The alcohole was a stop at a tegulia farm where we were offered two hundred dollar bottles of tegulia. The only soda I got was the one I bought for myself, wife and driver. Not sure we ate at the right place, my wife liked it and I found it greasy. Cost me $220 for something I could have supplied myself for less.
Our guide was very nice and showed us around Cozumel. He tried to show us as much as he could within our time allotted. The jeep on the inside was run down. This was no issue to us. The tequila tasting was very informative and interesting. They were Very kind and friendly. They wanted to sell their tequila which we felt was a bit expensive. We went for lunch and everything was delicious and fast service. We didn’t get a chance to snorkel. We would have done this but we asked our guide to show us a great place to get drinks so we ran out of time. This was okay with all of us. My thought are if you want to enjoy yourself don’t have expectations and you will have so much fun like we did.
I give it 3 starts! everything was great we where at a different port, we thought we would be going to Punta Langosta but we disembarked at the International Port. After calling and texting through whatsapp they immediately answered us and told us to meet at a location closer so that was great! We met with our tour guide and it was just the two of us so we got to drive the jeep and that was fun! We went to the beaches, we didn’t love the fact that everytime we stopped somewhere they tried to sell us something. Like drinks or souvenirs, I understand it’s their way to make money but it takes away from the experience. We just said we don’t want to buy anything and moved on. Our favorite part was the money bar, food included and we got to snorkel too. It was enjoyable and relaxing. If you want to tour cozumel and not go to the city and have more of a beachy vibe i recommend!
Such an awesome experience. We had a great driver you shared lots of history with us. He took the time to show us some special spots. One of my favorite parts was the Tequila farm, that was a fun experience. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Sergio was a great guide. We felt safe and we felt our belongings were safe when we went snorkeling. The lunch was great and he was very knowledgeable about the island. We learned so much about tequila at the ranch stop. Overall a great day on Cozumel!
Our guide Sergio welcomed us from the beginning in a very close way, explaining everything he knows about the island and solving the questions we asked him. Guide Sergio 10/10. The only thing we did not like about the tour was the lunch that we think does not correspond to an authentic and traditional Mexican meal.
