Please check in at our facilities at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Upon arrival at Atlantis Submarines Cozumel, our friendly hosts will welcome you, assist with check-in, and guide you to our exclusive Explorers’ Lounge. You’ll relax briefly in the departure lounge, watch a short introductory video, and then board our passenger boat for the transfer to the dive site, where your underwater adventure begins.
Board the Atlantis XII submarine and begin an unforgettable underwater adventure. Descend to depths of over 30 meters (100 feet) as you explore the stunning Chankanaab Reef, part of the Mesoamerican Reef System—one of the largest living reef systems in the world. Experience the thrill of Cozumel’s famous wall, with its dramatic 600-meter drop, and visit the largest sunken ship in the area, the Felipe Xicoténcatl, now an artificial reef that supports marine life within this Protected Natural Area.
After the dive, you’ll return by boat to our facilities. Before heading out, be sure to stop by our boutique to pick up a souvenir of your Atlantis XII experience.
When you’re ready, enjoy direct access to the Beach Club, where you can relax with included snacks and beverages, plus pool and ocean access for swimming or snorkeling. Beach Club hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) Snack service: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Beverage service: until 3:30 pm Beach Club Amenities: • Restaurant and bar • Swimming pool • Artificial beach area with direct ocean access • Lounge chairs and umbrellas • Restrooms and changing rooms • Sunbathing areas • Complimentary Wi-Fi

Very professional in their communication beforehand. They are located 5 minutes walk from the port. Reception and orientation and safety is all very well organised and efficient. Vessels are very safe, clean with the team having a great sense of humour. Submarine is very well kept and safe at all times. Inside the submarine is very spacious and visibility is very good. The guide was very informative and explained about the reef, and sea life. The wreck is pretty cool to see. Lunch at the Day club was ok, nothing exceptional but tasty. There is a pool with plenty deck chairs and a good bar service. Atlantis also give you a voucher for the taxi back to the port if you do not want to walk. Recommend this excursion when in Cozumel. Book directly with Atlantis and not the cruise line.
