Stefania has a vast knowledge regarding the local cuisine. We learned a lot about the area as well. Her communication was perfect. It was a relaxed and enjoyable evening, and the meal was excellent.
We both had an absolutely wonderful time learning to make a variety of typical Italian dishes, including eggplant, stuffed pasta, red sauce, egg noodles and home made pasta. She was so helpful instructing us about some of the tricks of cooking these items and certainly inspired us to come home and continue using what we had learned. We also had a great time at dinner with her family and some of the students that she had hosted in the past. Fantastic experience. Thank you Stephanie.
