Very well organized class with both a host and a chef. We had a lot of fun and the food was delicious! Great way to kick off a two week trip to Peru, we have done cooking classes in a few countries and this is our new favorite.
Chef Ruth and our facilitator Ceasar were incredible. They were friendly, engaging, and very personable. The meal we cooked turned out to be the best meal I ate during my two weeks in Peru. Cannot recommend this course enough.
