Really enjoyed our private pasta cooking class with Liberata in Perugia. We made 5 different pastas from scratch and enjoyed eating the dishes along with some wine and homemade limoncello. Liberata was a wonderful host and we had great conversations, even with translator apps. Definitely recommend!
Liberata was awesome. Even with a language barrier, I could understand and ended up with a wonderful experience in Italian culture, cooking and life. A new friend. Just what I wanted. You need to get to this at Cesarina Liberata home! Grazie mille.
I signed up on short notice so there is no chance for refund. You have to pay before you can see where or who the cesarine is. You specify a general area, in my case Perugia. When I received confirmation, I searched the address and it appeared to be an apartment building with little children's toys outside. At my age of 74, I would have chosen a more rural kitchen where I could interact with the person to agree upon the particular pasta and ingredients- specific fillings and sauces, so that they could have ingredients on hand. Nevertheless, I canceled, unwilling to pay a large fee for a subpar experience. I wasted $150. I can say nothing bad about the cesarine, it is the company I have a complaint with.
