The trip to Comino, so we arrived and boarded our boat for the day, from the outset there was no mention of not seeing all the tour as expected and those who really wanted the option should have been advised at the start of the trip to change to another day if not able to commit to full trip. For us it was fine however full transparency should be advised. The boat trip was comfortable, the crew were professional and polite, informative the rest of the time. The bar facilities were mostly good, however not much options on alcohol free, reduced carb food was not really an option, nor for special dietary requirements such as diabetics, gluten free etc. Toilets were clean throughout the tour. Now the tour, interesting facts given and pointed out, good views of caves, good information given. Poor, poor blue lagoon what on earth has happened to you!!!! It has become spoilt, over crowded, the stalls are a blot of quite distasteful proportions. Just tragic for such a beautiful area to be ruined in this way. This needs to be reviewed immediately before it is ruined beyond recognition. I visited some 40+ years ago and it was a little hidden gem, where boats were limited in numbers and a much more enjoyable experience, respectful of not going on the island. Utilising the facilities on our boat. There should be moorings off the island, maybe in previous bays, utilise the hotel as a bar, restaurant and facilitate the snack facilities, make clear walking routes to the lagoon, again limiting time and numbers limited daily, increase the price to make this more bespoke. Making sure revenue is ploughed back into caring for this wonderful place. The site is wonderful but I was saddened to see it so disrespected as it is now. Shame to ruin such a wonderful beautiful place.
Well organised and enjoyable day out. Option to book on board BBQ when checking in. Got to dock at 9:30 for 10:00 sailing and top deck for sun beds already taken, not bothered because it’s easier to get sun burnt when at sea. Pass needed to get onto Comino Island with allocated wrist band so complete on line before you sail. Boat sailed on time with nice trip along the Malta coast line. Made an effort to get near a sea cave but another boat in the way. Arrived at Comino Island and had a walk to sea Blue Lagoon which was really busy. Plenty of food stalls on Comino Island making it feel a bit commercialised but ideal if you want something to eat or drink. Great swim from boat plus slide from top deck. Two further stops after Comino for more off boat swimming (buoyancy aids available for those not so keen of open water swimming).
Perfect trip, swimming, bar and sunset
It is a great experience, but I would definitely rather rent a private tour. On the way back the toilets stank that we had to move upstairs because it was unbearable. The food was really not good, the vegan option was just side dishes. They say not to bring food and drinks from the outside, we were the only ones who actually listened to these instructions. You can bring food and eat it on the break time out of the boat
Amazing boat. Amazing crew. Good bar. Go early to get the sunbeds. I would do it again.
Great experience, very relaxed crew and the people on board 🫶🏻good food and cocktails 🌞 !! Good value for money 💰
The company changed our tour time from 9am to 10am. They never sent me the updated ticket time. We had problems getting on the boat because of this. They should not have changed the time since I already had the tickets with appropriate tour time for 9am. The boat can hold up to 350 people. It was stacked. The staff were not nice or helpful. It was dangerous with so many people on the boat and no supervision of the people jumping off of the boat. My child and I almost got jumped on top of by another man jumping from the side of the boat. Would never book again! Go with a smaller amount of people on a boat and with a different tour company.
This was amazing, ran on time, felt safe, had fun on the slide and snorkeling and the BBQ option was delicious.
Beautiful and fun, with a price appropriate to the offered proposal. We chose the departure at 5:00 PM to see the sunset... fantastic!!!! Friendly and helpful staff, everything was punctual and well managed. Comfortable boat with both enclosed and open spaces, both covered and uncovered. The places visited were very beautiful, worth it!
It was very nice trip, just was litte crowd
