It was a great experience. Wow those monasteries… ammoliani island is so wild and untouched. Great food and cold Greek beer
Very nice boat trip with great views of the monasteries. Nice swim stop on the island. You can walk between umbrella beach with bars, or one of the small coves in 5 minutes where we were completely alone. On the way, a lot was explained in several languages and understandably. You are not allowed to park at the car park directly at the port of departure, it is only for staff. However, there are two large parking spaces within walking distance before and after the city in about 5 minutes.
Interesting, varied, very good combination of shipping and swimming/relaxing on the beach of the island. Fits everyone.
The tour is nice to see the first monasteries but we do not go to Mount Athos, the boat is large and crowded, then the stopover at the island of Drenia is anything but isolated and quiet (full of small boats, little room to swim and explore)... Generally disappointed, probably too touristic and not concrete enough for us...
Very nice boat trip with great views of the monasteries and Mount Athos. The staff was very nice. The ride is neither too long nor too short, was a great experience and worth the price.
Such a wonderful boat trip to near the monasteries, you view from the sea. Then a stop at the island of Amouliani which is real Greek (little tourism)
