Not the best experience . At the end of the day we couldn't download the audio despite downloading . And meeting point was too far away . Having said that it was on a par with the whole chaos of Rome . To say there are so many tourists , guidance & instructions are virtually nill. Not good signage etc so not the worst experience . Least we got in .
Beautiful experience. They provided us with all the necessary information. Operator super ready and available in answers both by phone and email.
Grazie per la sua valutazione.
We chose this tour so we could go at our own pace. Had to download a couple of apps to listen to on our own headphones but this was easy. We were sent our tickets on What's App beforehand so didn't have to go to the collection point. Entry time at the Collesseum was quite strict and we were too late to go into the Roman Forum that day but as you could access this either 24 hours before or after the Colleseum we went the next day so all good. A fantastic experience and needed to show passport in the Collesseum but not the Roman Forum.
Lovely, great price with the chance to see 3 spectacular sites. The owner of the agency super helpful and very fast in responding to every need Thank you!!!!
All very well, cute Beautiful and cheap and thank you for your very nice attention we come from Spain madrid thousand thank you friend all clean
To anyone who uses aviator: Read your Texts/emails very carefully. Viator is basically operating as an “Amazon.com” business conduit. They represent all different types of tour guides and they all operate independently and differently. We got to the coliseum with only vouchers, not tickets. We had to have the tickets sent to us via WhatsApp, or we would have to walk 10 minutes from the coliseum to get paper copies. Other Viator tours would email the tickets at purchase. Anyway, it helps to read what they send you and save yourself the possible headache!
We got in fast and didn’t waste time. The audio guide was okay , some parts felt rushed, but the narration was clear and well-produced. I wish there was a bit more detail on the underground areas, but overall, good value.
The audio guide was well-structured and the GPS sync worked fine. It’s not the same as having a live guide, but it gave us the flexibility to stop, take pictures, and just enjoy the Colosseum without feeling rushed. Definitely recommend it if you prefer a more independent visit.
We walked right in and started exploring immediately. The digital audio guide was super easy to use and full of fascinating details. I appreciated being able to move at my own pace while still learning so much about the Colosseum’s history.
Bought the fast entry digital experience. Was told to pick up ticket at an address that turned out to be a souvenir shop. The ticket was for 9 am and we waited until 9am for the shop to open. We were then told we had until 9.15 to enter colosseum. The shop was a fast 10 min walk to colosseum. He mentioned that he had sent tickets on email, we received nothing. He then had to print the ticket and show us how to get the app for audio guide. Unfortunately that never loaded and we were left without any information which was very sad as our whole trip was to visit the Colosseum. Thankfully we made it for the timed entry but that could very well have gone the other way. Disappointed as it’s an amazing experience but made incomplete by the ticket bought…3 stars given as the Colosseum , Palatine and Forum were majestic!
Digital audio Guide apps almost work all types of smartphone. so our 99% customers have not any problem but if some phone's has setting problem then they can face the difficulties. in this case we have nothing to do. they can try in another device. though on the reservation copy has mentioned all customer has change their ticker from the meeting point. but we send the tickets to the customer day before through viator message option to make more easy for customer. if some customer do not get, they come to the meeting point. it's about 10/15% customer they come to the meeting point. but maximum are able to find their tickets through viator message. we are also providing tickets through whats-app on request. improving our service is our continuous process. thank you.
