Terrible service. Would not recommend unless you can 100% guarantee you can make the tour time. Even then, you are chancing having a good experience. Tour operator would not work with us as we had unforeseen circumstances with our international flight being canceled. We asked that they move or booking to another day well in advance of the date and time. When I finally got ahold of the tour guide on a phone call, it was in the middle of the time of our booking. They were giving our tour to someone else. Sounds like they got our money and then still sold the time to someone else. This would have been our first experience booking thru Viator. Will probably never book another tour thru this app or definitely thru this tour operator.
Good afternoon , You booked and did not Come.(No Show) It is a time and name ticket , You can not Change it, even we can't. Even the last moment. So, If you do not come to attend the tour what should we do. You told this is your fist time booking , So, first of all you have to know how it works .Our educated, gentle and knowledgeable customers are doing the same tour and giving the maximum rating. However, This kind of booking disrupt us a lot to continue our work . Thank you.
This was an excellent tour! Scott did a great job answering our questions & explaining the history of everything. We had done a larger group tour before but there was so much we missed. This was well worth the purchase and we highly recommend it!
