- The customer is responsible, at the time of purchase, for correctly entering their first name, last name and selecting the appropriate ticket type. The personal details must match exactly those shown on the identity document that will be presented in original form at the park entrance. The ticket category must be chosen based on the customer’s age on the day of the visit and as indicated on the identity document. In case of errors made by the customer during the booking process, the Tour Operator cannot be held responsible for any denied access to the Archaeological Park decided by the competent authorities, and no refund will be issued.

Maria took us for a very informative and detailed tour. She had an expert level of knowledge and a strong passion for the history of Rome. I would highly recommend taking this tour if you would like to learn about Roman history, the architecture, life, buildings and thinking behind some of the iconic structures of the area.

EVERYTHING perfect, from the management of the reservation in the previous days to the organization on the day of the tour. All the staff very kind, welcoming and ready to provide all the useful information for visiting the monuments. Very nice (and not obvious) also the initial part of watching the video introduction to the experience. We will definitely rely on them again for future Roman tours!

An excellent tour - very informative, comprehensive and interesting. Our guide was exceptionally good. And the tour was the full three hours. Highly recommended to see the Forum and experience the colosseum while avoiding long lineups. Very fair value, too.

Getyourguide booking: I booked a colosseum tour at the end of July they have today messaged (5 days out from the tour) to say they have overbooked and we can't do the tour anymore. They won't move us to another date and won't compensate us to cover the extra cost it will now be to book a tour this close to the tour. They also will not give us an explanation as to why we are only being told now when the booking was made months ago. Just a copy and paste response they've sent me multiple times. This has ruined our trip as the one thing we were looking forward to seeing in Rome was the colosseum and now can't afford the cost of booking a new tour this close. I can't leave any feedback on them on getyourguide as they have canceled the booking, which is so frustrating.
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and completely avoid Italy Wonders SRLS as a tour operator for the Colosseum or likely any other tour in Rome. A complete disorganized mess. Our group made it past security and right to the ticket checkpoint where we held hostage for the next 20 minutes as our tour guide argued with the Colosseum staff in Italian in our earbuds for the next 20 minutes. Apparently their company had messed up which tour guide got what tickets and after all this time, he told half of us to go with his company's representative and then just left with the other half of our tour group to move on into the Colosseum. This representative would not speak to us until he fully escorted us completely outside of the Colosseum to tell us that they made a mistake and would start seeding us into other tour groups coming through as there was availability. No apology...just matter of fact. At that point, they had already wasted 40 minutes of our time (plus the half hour it took to get there) and I asked for a refund. They said they would take us back to their office to do this and then we waited another 15-20 minutes for the girl who wanted to make sure everyone wanted to go get a refund. Once at their office, they then told us to call Viator to get our refund and that they sent a message already with our name. My wife asked to use the restroom since we were stuck with them already for over an hour and they said it was only available to their staff...this after ruining our morning. If you want a bad impression of Rome, this is where you spend your money to get one. We made the best of our morning and walked over to a charming nearby neighborhood called Monti and that ended up being the silver lining. What an absolute joke of a company.
They were so helpful here! We missed our entrance time because of travel delays and Federica was so kind, and gave us a new engrave time so that we were able to see the Colosseum and Roman Forum still! The line was very short, they were very efficient and helpful!
