Maria was an exceptional tour guide for our visit to the Colosseum! Her knowledge of Roman history was impressive, and she brought the ancient ruins to life with her engaging storytelling. She was patient and very kind. Maria’s passion for the history and culture of Rome was contagious, and her insights added so much to the experience. We left with a deeper appreciation for the Colosseum and its significance, all thanks to her expertise. Highly recommend taking a tour with Maria!
Guide was funny, personal and extremely knowledgeable. Our group had a wonderful time and everyone raved.
Most tour guides carry flags...ours carried a blue light saber! Our private Colosseum tour (led by Giacomo) was amazing. We had 3 kids with us...Giacomo kept them engaged, was funny and taught them (and my wife and I too) a lot about the Colosseum and Forum! 2.5 hours was perfect length to do both Colosseum and Forum--Giacomo kept a good pace that wasn't too much for the kiddos but allowed us to see a lot of cool stuff!
We had two tours with Raphael this week, and were 100% happy with both. Yesterday, we spent 3 hours with Bruno, who escorted us around the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. It was an outstanding experience with the nearest thing to a true Renaissance man you could imagine. Thoroughly informed in a range of topics, with excellent English, and very personable. Bruno approached the sights from an original and interesting perspective. He made excellent use of our time. Highly recommended!
Thank you SO much to Fabio from Raphael tours who gave us the tour of the Colosseum, Roman forum and Paletine hill. We had the best time and the tour was SO reasonably priced especially as we got to skip all the queues! Our tour was just 6 of us which was great and led by Fabio who was an archeologist, and was so enthusiastic and knew everything there was to know about Roman history! 5 stars! Would give more if I could :)
We did the Skip the line tour geared toward families with children and this one did not disappoint. Our guide was well informed and engaged with the children on the tour as well as the adults. My wife and I learned many things we had not previously known on past tours. My son said it was the highlight of our one week stay in Italy.

Georgia, our tour guide was really amazing. The history of the collosseum is fascinating and there were a lot of interesting stories to listen to. The lovely props that she used allowed us to form a good picture of what life was like in those days and how it was all built. There was a small child in our group and Georgia included her in everything to keep her entertained and even had puzzles for her to do.

Great tour and amazing guide!
Alessandra was just incredible. Her knowledge, courage and the passion to her city and it's history, in particular to Colosseum and Forum, and... and..., kept us and our kid during all the tour.
We've learned A LOT of new things and enjoyed every moment.
Thank you very much, Alessandra!
