The company cancelled our Colosseum tickets the day before we started our trip. Even though it left my family in a very tough position, the company was completely apathetic and thought providing a refund was an adequate resolution - they called it "more than fair". I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for Colosseum tickets. This vendor is not reliable and has poor customer service.
