Completely terrible experience, wrong date was booked, although correct date chosen at booking, called both TripAdvisor and the tour company directly, City Wonders LTD, and after a 10 minute international cal, could not help. Arrived at Colosseum, was directed by line guide to go to the counter, counter was closing, and turned us away, not allowing for any help or the offer to purchase additional tickets and sent us back to the line who told us they were unable to help. This occurred after our first booking company booked in March 2026 through GetYourGuide, tour operator Doooing, requested to cancel because they had an error on their system and sold us tickets that were not available. Completely terrible experience and would not recommend booking through either Travel Advisor or GetYourGuide in the future.
At best intransparent what you are signing up and paying for. We expected to have tickets for the Colosseum at 9, but it turned out they were only for 10:30. Instead we were pressed to rush through the forum in a small hour before our colosseum time slot. Not to talk about the extra mile to pick up tickets at some kiosk at the age of online booking. And calling something a full experience which clearly isn’t “full”. We were desperate because tickets from the official site were sold out. Still: never again.
Hi our hole tour is about three hours. there are two different part. we have mentioned in our site any part could be first. so, nothing wrong here. we explained everything in the meeting point and you agreed. now you are writing different thing. ............
Tickets worked well and as advertised. Leave a bit of time as you need to go to a 3rd party location to get online tickets - about 10 mins from the Colosseum.
The Coliseum is overcrowded and confusing to navigate. I found it extremely overwhelming and wound up leaving early to return to my hotel. This was not the fault of the tour company, just a fact of going. The agency emailed us our tickets on time and everything went very smoothly as far as our interaction with them was concerned. I just don't really recommend the Coliseum itself.
This was great experience. A little pricey for what it was but I’d recommend. It was great to learn about the history and take time to really take it all in.

We had the opportunity to experience the colosseum through the vendor Torusit Point Forum in Rome and it was a great experience. The vendor was very hospitable at pickup. They have a shop we’re you can purchase useful items and gifts and they went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless. Be sure to utilize this tour and vendor in the future
service was great. The ticket was sent me in PDF so no need to spend extra time to get it. The vendor was checking in via txt to make sure everything was ok.
It was a great experience observing an ancient place with a lot of history, being a massive sad attraction way back too many years ago.

Tickets were emailed two days before. We purchased 9am entry but received 9.45am. No one replied when I queried this. Audio tour didn’t work either. They link sent was a free download from colloseum. But the app wasn’t working when we were touring. Suggest getting a guide if require guaranteed tour time etc.
Hi Dear customer, on the tickets has mentioned you can enter 15 min before the time mentioned on the tickets. we always try to give the customer 30 min more for the customer benefit. because many customer they do late. if for 15/30 minutes late they lose the entrance they will be disappointed. we have many customer like this. we decided to give 15/30 min more. most of the customer appreciated this 15/30 min more. second thing: we have sent the link of audio Guide apps and this is official and standard for almost all smartphone. visitors enjoy it. for further assistance you could call us or send us message we would reply instantly. whatever thank you for your review.
Once we received our tickets from someone who was reluctant to help…….we walked to the Coliseum and entered relatively quickly even though we were guided to the wrong entrance, there was only a 5 minute wait. We loved being able to take our time and see all that we wanted. Palatine Hill, while a lot of walking, was worth it. It’s an indescribable feeling when you’re next to these beautifully and skillfully crafted historical sites. Would have given 5 stars if our ticket pickup had gone smoother. Asking multiple times if I “received an email” and being spoken to like a child about connecting to the internet was not a good start to the day. Wasted 10-15 mins when all he needed to do was print our tickets and hand them to us.
