We will start picking you up at your hotel we will travel by bus to Bacalar, a place that has the category of Magical Town, and after tasting a delicious breakfast we will go to the first point, The Blue Cenote (Cenote azul), to start refreshing ourselves in this incredible place, here is where the adventure begins.
We will discover a natural place, where you can enjoy an incredible view of the Bacalar Lagoon. Relax and enjoy the tranquility of this natural site. Swim or take amazing pictures while you are on the swings or hammocks inside the lagoon.
Sail through the pirates channel and the seven colors of the lagoon of Bacalar one of the most important places of the tour, it is a point where you can enjoy the panoramic views of the different bodies of water, cenotes, natural atmopshere, animals and the wonders of this magical place.

It is a long day, 17 hours, but totally worth it! Very well organised with an excellent guide, Carlos and a very good driver, Juan. You get to see the most beautiful spots. Breakfast and lunch included, pre-ordered - according to your choice - so that you get served rightaway when you arrive, very efficient. You get enough time at all the different spots. I can recommend this tour to anyone. Compliments for the organisation and especially for Carlos and Juan.
I would rate 3 stars, but I need to rate lower because of the misleading tour info that says max 20 people. This tour had 40+ on it. The amount of people meant many unnecessary stops between our destination and pick up / drop off. Be up front with what your tour offers. The boat portion of the tour did have a max of 20 people. Also, the cenote we went to was nothing special. No snorkeling, no cool underground cenote feel, just a glorified open air small lake. I would highly recommend the tour company update their tour info with the correct amount of people on the tour and choose a new cenote to take the tour too.

Communication with tour provider was good before who allowed for pick-up in Tulum. Explained things about the day well in English despite most of the tour members being Spanish. Good variation of activities provided during the day (cenote, beach club, boat tour etc). Enough time given at each. Good food for breakfast and lunch which was included. Had a great day overall despite it being a long bus ride.
