Cocktail Making in Cozumel Mexico

My family LOVED this tour. It was a $10 taxi ride from our RCCL ship to the venue. The tour description said it was a 30 min walk but our ship was docked much further away. We were greeted by the manager and seated at tables that were beautifully set up with everything we needed to learn how to make drinks and guacamole. The chef provided us with very interesting information about tequila and guided us through the process to mix them while making guacamole. We all agreed that the margaritas we made were the best we've ever had. The chef was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and funny. We all loved our guacamole which we ate with the tortilla chips provided. We initially thought we would order some lunch at the restaurant but we were too full after eating our masterpieces. At the end of the tour, we were given recipe cards to take home with us. As an added bonus/surprise, the manager, who had been taking photos of our experience, provided us with those photos set to music. We didn't have any trouble finding a taxi to take us back to the ship and there is shopping close by if that interests anyone. I highly recommend this tour. The hosts were incredible and this was a great experience for my family.

The staff was super kind and helpful. It was super interactive and a really fun activity to do with friends. The restaurant itself is really cool and I would definitely come back!!

We booked this tour as a chill day off the cruise ship and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Even though we make guac and margs at home all the time, doing it together in this setting was a blast. The host made it fun, interactive, and super easy to follow. The margaritas were legit, strong, and fresh, and we got to try a few different styles. They were way better than anything we had on our whole trip. For the price, we were honestly surprised by how much food included. We left full, buzzed, and happy. The whole staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. The space itself is beautiful, right on the water, spotless, air-conditioned, and just a great vibe overall. Highly recommend if you want something fun and low-key while you’re in Cozumel.

The team running the experience was amazing—super kind, funny, and welcoming. They made everyone feel right at home. We learned how to make classic margaritas and try out a few twists, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The recipes were spot-on (yes, we’ll be making these at home now!), and they explained everything step-by-step in a way that was fun and interactive. Same goes for the guac—it was absolutely delicious, and we got to personalize it to our own taste. It wasn’t just a food demo—it was hands-on, and we were laughing and enjoying ourselves the whole time. This is a must-do experience if you’re in Cozumel. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or family, it’s a relaxed, flavorful, and genuinely memorable way to spend an afternoon. Highly, highly recommend!
