Sarah was the absolute best guide!! We booked this tour for our first night staying in Edinburgh and she was fantastic and super welcoming. It was the perfect blend of spookiness and interesting history. We almost wished it was longer!
Great tour! Sarah was an amazing guide! Very personable and funny. Set the mood and provided a lot of history. We were in a group of probably 30 on the night Scotland played Brazil in the World Cup. It was very chaotic and hectic in Edinburgh and Sarah kept us all together and organized. Our college aged daughter loved it.
Alister provided a very interesting take on the city, with a lot of great stories about the darker side of Edinburgh.
This tour was amazing from start to finish. Sarah our tour guide did amazing from the greeting to the tours. She made us all feel welcome and made us laugh before the tour even began. When we got into the vaults, both myself and Sarah heard some footsteps in the main vaults which she couldn't explain and the stories in there were amazing. I felt a hand on my shoulder which I thought was my partner but he didn't touch me. One of the pictures i took seemed to hold a face that wasnt there when i took it. Then to greyfriers kirkyard. As a harry potter fan, the names in the graveyard were like a game to find some of the characters! The black mausoleum was more intense but incredible none the less. I felt like I was on a rocking ship and had to hold on to my partner to stop from going over. Truly one off the bucket list and an experience I won't forget! Thank you Sarah!
Ryan was our tour guide and he was fantastic! I’ve been on ghost tours around the world, and he was by far the best guide I’ve ever had. The tour was amazing. I would highly recommend.
Ryan was an amazing tour guide! Broadway meets history meets ghosts. Ryan created the perfect mix of entertainment without being overly scary. 10/10 would recommend Ryan for this tour
Excellent! Thrilling! Fiona was wonderful!
Ben was our guide and my mom and I had so much fun on the tour! It was a great start to our trip and have gave us a good amount of history along with spooky stories about Edinburgh.
Spooky is how I like it and I was not disappointed!
We had a great time on the Double Dead tour with our tour guide John. He was really entertaining and a great storyteller. He made all the stories seem really convincing. There was a lot of historical information to round out the spooky stories which was great. We really appreciates the access to the Convenantors prison as well. John seems to be really passionate about the history of Edinburgh and it shows in how he conducts the tours. Highly recommend John and City of the Dead.
