JOYÀ, the first Cirque du Soleil resident show in Mexico, combines culinary and performing arts in an intimate theater setting to engage the audience's five senses. Drawing on Mexico's history and heritage, JOYÀ tells the story of an alchemist and his granddaughter embarking on a quest to uncover the secrets of life. If you selected seating with dinner, please note the dinner starts an hour before the show. Ticket Options: Show-Only, Includes a seat at a side table or a high stool seat. You can buy drinks or popcorn at out bar. Show, Premium Seats, Drinks, & Appetizers Experience. Includes 7 gourmet appetizers, half a bottle of champagne per person, and center seats. Show & Dinner Experience Includes a 3-course gourmet dinner, half a bottle of champagne per person, and seats near the stage VIP Show & Dinner Experience Includes priority access to the theater, welcome cocktail in the VIP room, 3-course dinner, unlimited champagne during dinner and the best seats in the theater.

** This is the official shared transportation to Cirque Soleil Service** Please make sure that your package indicates in the name "Transfer + Experience" example: "Transfer + Show-Only", those are the packages that include the round trip transportation service. 1. During the booking process, search and select the Hotel or meeting point of your preference. 2.The "Start time" in the confirmation is the schedule of the show NOT the pick up time. 3. To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thru the option on your reservation prior to the purchased visit date (12 hours) in order to not lose the transportation service.. Transportation is not private, so you will be sharing the bus with other visitors. **Important note** There may be some locations in Playa del Carmen where transportation cannot access directly. In such cases, we will inform you via email of the nearest meeting point to the selected hotel.

- **IMPORTANT** At Cirque du Soleil JOYA, All the experiences starts with dinner (duration 1 hour) and then the show starts (1 hour later) the schedule depends on the experience selected.
- Tickets will be printed upon arrival at the theater box office for collection on the day of the performance. You will be required to present your voucher, along with photo ID.
- ID will be requested for alcohol consumption
- Champagne included in food and beverage experiences can be exchanged for red wine, white wine, juice, water or soft drink, directly in the theater with your waiter.
- Casual-formal dress code.
- We have vegan and vegetarian dinner menu options, in case of food restrictions please notify the waiter at the beginning of your dinner.
- The use of flash is not allowed when taking pictures for the safety of the artists and videos no longer than 1 minute.

It was an amazing experience.
The show itself was amazing but the staff did not make any attempts to fulfill my request for accessible seating for my elderly parents. We waited in a wrong line for over 30 minutes because there was no clear instructions as to where to stand. Like I said the show itself was amazing but unfortunately because the staff specially Tina (at the entrance of the event) we did not have an inviting and accommodating experience as we would have liked. The theatre of course was dark during the show and my parents had to go up and down stairs with NO guard railing!!!! Beware of this if you decide to take elderly family members.
I’ve wanted to check out Cirque Du Soleil for a while now, so this was a big deal that I went ahead and splurged on tickets for my kids and I. The shuttle arrived on time and was very comfortable and new. The drivers - to & fro expect a tip. The location is very nice. Be sure to order the ticket that includes dinner. Dinner was amazing! What an unforgettable experience! The service was delightful! The food was exceptional! The show was engaging! I wouldn’t change a thing! BUY THE TICKETS!!! 5/5 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The show is wonderful. The food left to desire and the drinks tb. But if you go, buy the aperitif option that the seats are good. The food doesn't, but it's worth the seats.
Most amazing food and show. I should share this experience will everyone that comes to this side of Mexico. The waiters were knowledgeable.

The food was excellent and the show was top notch. The show was a little slow in between set changes.But overall was worth it. I would recommend this show. Every seat in the house is a good one.
A great experience with my partner. This has been a great anniversary gift. Without a doubt, the staff is very friendly.
