It was very chill and the conductor lady was very funny and nice The views were lovely and the captain made sure everyone saw everything
It would have been better if someone on the crew could point out the many sights and landmarks. There were a lot of foreign (and local) tourists on the cruise who I doubt knew what bridge we saw or what body of water we traveled on. And a little history would make it very interesting.
should save battery until get to the statuof liberty and until sunset. there are so many to keep in your phone.
This is definitely a ride - not a tour with info provided. It was a great ride, just thought more info about the area would be provided.
First time visiting New York! Great experience crazy views and tour guide instructor was definitely welcoming. Take this boat ride for a great time!!
My daughter got lost in NYC and we didn’t make this. It was non refundable, but I messaged the guide to see if there was anything we could do, even if it was moving it to another date. Got no response. Highly upset.

Concise, to the point trip, staff was professional, courteous. On time, enjoyable trip. Could see Liberty statue and nearby water attractions very well.
The boat was clean and the views were great but was expecting a little amount of information as we went down the River. We got a brief safety briefing in the beginning and that was the only communication from the staff until we were docking. This is basically a nice boat ride but not a tour.
Thank you for your feedback. Our Statue at Sunset Cruise is casual cruise experience that does not feature a guide on board. We have made efforts to make this information clear prior to purchase. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to us at GuestServices@support.nycl.com.
Good experience and amazing pictures were taken throughout the tour. The tour did have alot of people so if you want to get a seat outside on the upper deck you have to arrive early.
It was a power packed 10/10 value for the $31 per head sunset cruise. They took us at the right place at right time with the sun setting backdrop of Statue of Liberty. No additional Photo Booth promotions just lets you enjoy… highly recommended!!
