We had been looking forward to visiting this archaeological site for a long time. Throughout history, we have learned about the importance of the Mayan civilization and its influence on our world today, so we were very excited to finally see the famous Chichén Itzá pyramid in person. Without a doubt, the experience exceeded all our expectations. We would have loved to spend more time exploring the archaeological site, but every stop included in the tour was amazing and added something special to the overall experience. The only thing worth mentioning is that beverages are not included with the buffet. However, this did not affect our enjoyment of the tour, which was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to our guide, Mauricio, who was outstanding throughout the entire day. His explanations were fascinating, detailed, and easy to understand. It was clear that he is extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of the region. The organization and logistics of the tour were also excellent, making everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to experience the history, culture, and beauty of Chichén Itzá.
The trip was supposed to last 5 hours. We were picked up at 7:30 and didn’t back to our hotel until 8:30. We missed our dinner reservation. They were trying to sell us stuff the whole time. Pyramids should have been first then lunch then cenote.
Dear Customer, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your comments and feedback regarding your experience. However, we would like to clarify that in the "Important Information You Should Know" section, it is explicitly stated that our tour lasts more than 12 hours. In the itinerary section, we indicate approximately 5 hours because this refers to the effective time spent enjoying the activities included in the tour, such as the visit to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site, the city of Valladolid, the cenote, and the meal provided during the excursion. For this reason, we specify that the effective activity time is approximately 5 hours. Please note that Chichén Itzá is located outside the state of Quintana Roo, in the state of Yucatán. The journey from Cancún to Chichén Itzá takes approximately 2.5 hours each way. Therefore, transportation alone accounts for around 5 hours of the total tour duration, making it impossible for the entire experience to last only 5 hours. This information is clearly stated in the "Important Information You Should Know" section provided by us as the tour operator. We remain at your disposal should you have any further questions or comments. Kind regards, One Click to Cancun
The tour is longit will take up your whole day. First, they pick you up from your hotel, then take you to a base where all the tourists gather to board the buses. After about two hours, you arrive at a village where they show you some Mayan traditions. I recommend not buying anything there because everything is cheaper at Chichén Itzá, and you’ll be able to bargain. The cenote is spectaculara truly beautiful place. I never expected that, despite the hot and humid weather, the water would be so cold, but it’s incredibly refreshing. Swimming in such stunning natural formations, shaped over millions of years, is an unforgettable experience. I also really enjoyed the visit to Valladolid—I’d love to come back and explore it more.
Our team was amazing and so personable. Marco our tour guide is a wealth of knowledge and a great mentor to Beto who will be a great tour guide. Jose our driver got us there safety. This team made the experience great and it was very organized. They translated in English which help d tremendously. Communication needs to improve regarding pick up times. Our scheduled pick up time was 7am. I did not get a text or email until 7:30am stating our pick up time was at 7:30am. They should communicate a smaller van will pick you up then you will transfer to a large coach bus. The booking description should be more detailed regarding times of pick up, how long it takes to drive to the first location and so on.
Great day at Chichén Itzá with One Click. Abel made everything interesting and easy to follow, Ave kept things running smoothly, and Mari was super kind the whole time. The cenote was beautiful and the food was good. Everything felt well organized would definitely recommend.
During our vacation we went to Chichén itzá with One click and the tour was professional and very enjoyable. Abel was our guide very knowledgeable and friendly The cenote was amazing and the buffet was also good Everything was good
This tour was amazing. Chichén Itzá and its pyramid make a strong impression from the very beginning. Overall, we were given a great tour, but I think a few minor aspects were missing—things I will definitely explore the next time I visit. I feel we didn’t have enough time in Valladolid, as I found it to be a very beautiful and colorful city, and the people are very welcoming. The agency staff and especially our guide, Alan, were fantastic. I also loved the cenote, but since we visited during Holy Week, it was quite crowded with tourists. Even so, the experience of entering these natural sinkholes is truly impressive.M
This tour was such a great time. Chichén Itzá is seriously unreal in person, way better than anything you see online. Our guide Rubén was awesome, he speaks like five languages which is kinda wild, and he made everything super easy to understand and actually fun. The cenote was probably my favorite part, just really chill and refreshing. The buffet stop was good too, and Luz there was super sweet, always smiling and really kind the whole time. Yeah it’s a long day, not gonna lie, but everything ran smooth and it never felt stressful. If you’re in Cancun and wanna hit all the main spots without overthinking it, this is a solid choice.
My experience on the tour to Chichén Itzá was, overall, very positive. It’s a well-organized and complete tour, ideal for those who want to visit several important places in just one day. The guide did an excellent job—very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help and answer questions. That really made a difference throughout the entire experience. One of the most impressive parts of the tour was the visit to the cenote. Honestly, it was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. It’s incredible to witness what nature can create. Without a doubt, it’s an unforgettable experience. The tour also includes a stop in Valladolid, a charming place, although I feel the time there is quite limited to truly explore it. As for something that could be improved speaking from my personal experience the meal schedule wasn’t ideal. We had lunch too early, which made me feel hungry for the rest of the tour. It’s a small detail, but adjusting it could improve the overall experience. I did this trip with my family, and it is definitely designed to be enjoyed that way. However, it also left me with a thought: while the tour is a great introduction to these places, it’s worth considering visiting them separately in the future. Places like Valladolid and the cenote deserve more time to be fully enjoyed, since the tour schedule is quite limited. In the case of the cenote, it was quite crowded, and I was left wanting more time—especially my son, who wanted to keep jumping and enjoying the experience. In conclusion, it’s a highly recommended tour, especially if it’s your first time visiting these places. It gives you a great overview and the opportunity to come back later and explore each location at your own pace.
My wife and I were very curious to visit this archaeological site, especially because my wife is a follower of Mayan and Egyptian cultures. We were truly fascinated by the pyramids. The people in the region are extremely kind and welcoming. We only recommend not relying solely on the tour description that mentions a 5-hour duration, as the full experience actually takes more than 12 hours. Later, it was explained to us that the 5 hours refer only to the time spent at each activity.
