Important Information
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- A dock tax per pax of 20 USD (not included) must be paid upon arrival to the dock on the Isla Mujeres tour.
- All visitors to Chichen Itza need to pay a local tax of 42 USD per adult and 7 USD per child. Only credit card payment the day of the tour or before by paypal.
- To participate in the snorkeling activity you must be in good physical condition.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We scheduled a tour to Chechen Itza. We showed up at least 15 minutes before departure at the meeting place. No one called our name. My wife messaged asking where they were, while I walked a bit in either direction making sure I didn’t miss them. Five minutes after, they messaged saying we were too late. They said they have a video of the location and we were not in it, however they refused to provide the video. (Not too shady, right?) They refused to refund us and when we asked if we could reschedule for tomorrow, not without a substantial fee. STAY AWAY!!! I’m going to every ratings site there is, as it’s my duty to see this company loses as much business as possible.

We were limited on time for each activity and we didn't have time to shop at Chichen Itza. Our meeting point at 4:30 a.m. was at a gas stop one mile from the hotel. Everyone else were picked up at their hotel. We asked if they could drop us off at the hotel after the excursion because we were so tired to walk. We were dropped off.

That was the tour company we went with after Amigo Tours never came to our hotel to pick us up. They insisted they had ‘video’ of the driver calling our name in the lobby, but will not send it to us for us to see. On our side we had multiple hotel staff that can verify we were there before our scheduled pick up time. We had read of this happening to others but didn’t believe it would happen to us. From now on I will listen to the reviews. The concierges said this is fairly common with this company. I guess they can count it as a win for them.. they got our $200. Vincent Padillo is amazing tour guide. He explains the Mayan culture very well. He even gives nice suggestions on where and how to take good pictures. Highly recommend him. The tour itself can be improved a bit. After the guided tour at Chichen Itza, if we can get about 45 minutes to explore on our own, that'll be great. We can take this time from the lecture at handicrafts store, as our main purpose is to visit Chechen Itza and not buying Obsidian. With this one change, it'll be an awesome tour.

Excellent experience, nice guides, gentle, knowledgeable, explain very well each part of the tour and illustrated us to those who had some concerns. In Chichen Itza Don Daniel and driver Juan did an excellent job of guiding each trip made a learning zone. In Isla Mujeres the attention of Shakira and her group was exceptional, attentive to every need of the whole boat and ready for any requirements.

Loved this excursion! Had a great time and learned a lot at Chichen Itza. Vicente was very knowledgeable and provided us with a great experience at Chichen Itza. The catamaran to Isla Mujeres was really fun and the guides on the boat were super helpful while snorkeling and while enjoying our time on the boat. Would definitely book this excursion again.

We booked the combo via Viator as I had used the site before and had not issues. However, in Cancun I booked this combo on line two days in advance however it was very stressful to get confirmation of the pick details from the local provider. I must have emailed at least 10 times as we did not have a phone in Cancun. Then my daughter had to find the local provider on Facebook and message them on number of times. We only received the pick details at 10am the night before saying that we will be picked up at 4.30am the next morning. How dreadful, not knowing all day as to whether we were going on the activity or not. I found the total experience stress and the second event was the same...I had to chase up for pick up details again.

The tour was well organized, guide with great knowkwdge at Chichen itza.Fascinating!! On the catamaran, captain is attentive for safety at all times and it was a great and funny aventure. I recommand both activities without hesitation😁😎😁 Nathalie, from Canada
Day1: Chichen Itza - Jorge and Rodrigo were extremely nice and punctual. They cared to provide as much insight into Maya as possible in a short trip, also they were very friendly.
