We had a great time, our tour guide was very friendly. Perfect for couples or a family day out, we saw lots of elephants and amazing nature. Great value for money would highly recommend. :)
The best experience! They treated us very well; the excursion with Jack was incredible along the river, he played the music we wanted, we fed fruit to the elephants, and they brought us back. Then everything was very well prepared and comfortable. 100% recommendable and respectful. Additionally, the guide takes photos of us and shares them with us.
WE HAVE LOVED THE EXPERIENCE. Three friends and I went alone with the guide, and it was impressive and very fun. We will never forget it. There is music and refreshments during the tubing ride. We saw elephants, then we fed them and took a walk with them, and finally, they took us to some waterfalls where we could swim. By the way, they made videos and photos of very good quality and later shared them with us. At the end, they gave us food, and we were able to take a shower and change to return to the hotel. Thank you very much! :)
It has been wonderful. A unique experience. Without a doubt, I would do it again. It is very respectful of animals, and the guides are super friendly and generous
Wow!!! This day trip was just amazing. I was the only one who signed up for the day and they still honoured my reservation. The Guide Jack was funny very helpful. The driver was on time , very friendly and a great driver. The lazy river part was relaxing and I enjoyed every part of the scenery and seeing many elephants. After we fed the elephants watermelons and it was an amazing but ethical experience. If I could give more than five star, I would. I recommend this tour.
This was a really nice experience with great staff! The tubing was a relaxing activity and got to see many elephants! We also fed watermelon to three rescued elephants, which was really nice. We ended the day by sliding down the waterfall. Great guidance by Jack (Sparrow). Highly recommend!
My sister and I had a great time at the tubing and elephant feeding. The staff were all very friendly and informative about the elephants. We were able to feed and walk with the elephants which was a lot of fun and they told us about how and why they were rescued. Would definitely go here again
Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was recommended this trip from Another animal lover who is well Experienced in Thailand. We booked the half day rafting and elephant observation with transfer. It is the highlight of our trip so far! Driver has great communication collect us and the 90mins transfer was worth every minute. Bang’s resort you change and shower in was lovely and provided refreshments free of charge or beer for a small Charge throughout the rafting. We were kept safe and attended to by our guides Tony and Jack who brought a great energy and knowledge (as well as great tunes). We rafted away down the river for 1hour/90mins observing the rescued elephants in the their natural rescued habitat, no riding or maltreatment in sight. We then met with three rescued elephants and fed them watermelons when they choose to come up to us. After rafting there was a choice to slide down a natural waterfall slide back at Bang’s camp. Shower and changing facilities were provided as were light refreshments. The whole experience was even better than I imagined and everything was a nice relaxed pace with no pressure felt To tip or buy anything. I would throughly recommend this for a local business experience as well as being reassured from a fellow animal lover. Bang sent us the instructors photos and videos through airdrop free of charge too and returned us back to our hotel. Amazing service and experience. You won’t be disappointed!
I had an amazing experience with my mother here I would really recommend this place because everyone is so kind and they try they’re hardest to make your experience as fun as possible I would recommend the two extra water slide and the elephant feeding because they are so worth the price and the best experience I had visiting Thailand
We started out at the EcoLodge where overnight stays are welcome. We wish we had stayed there but we had accommodations already. It was beyond spectacular. The rooms were well done, tree house and pool for kids, waterfall, etc. It was like an oasis. It was about an hour from the hustle and bustle but worth the stay to unwind. While tubing we saw many elephants and learned a lot about the area from our guide who had drinks and snacks for the trip. We did the waterfall slide and then had a great lunch before being driven back to ChiangMai.
