The food was excellent, but despite understanding that it was a busy day, the wait between courses, particularly between the main course and dessert, was excessively long. Given that it was a set menu, it was frustrating to see others who arrived after us being served and leaving before us. I requested a substitution for one dish as I don't eat the protein included in the set menu, but was told it wasn't possible. Additionally, I found the staff to be unfriendly and somewhat abrupt, which unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. That said, I would be willing to return on a less busy day to give it another try."
