Tried to book a tour at the office. They gave me a pamphlet with an URL to scan. Supposedly you can book a tour and pay that way. I tried that many times for half an hour and could not get it to work. Went back to the office and they told me buy a ticket at the bus. The bus came and I tried to buy a ticket from the chauffeur but he did not speak an understandable English so I had to give up and the bus drove off. Went back to the office very pissed off as I believe I made many reasonable attempts to buy a ticket. I did raise my voice as I was very annoyed. How hard can it be to sell me a ticket? They wouldn’t sell me a ticket and told me to leave their office and they threatened to call the police if I did not so.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very sorry for the frustration you experienced. However, it seems there was a mix-up, as the office you visited belongs to SwissTours, not Keytours. We do not have an app or online booking system via QR code, so this may have caused some confusion. Our team always strives to assist guests with ticket purchases and information for Keytours excursions. We understand that miscommunications can be stressful and appreciate your understanding that this situation was outside our control.
Due to the Marathon in Geneva, the itinerary was changed and we were able to visit Chamonix, Aiguille du Midi, and the Ice Cave. Our Tour Guide was Chris who is a resident of Chamonix so we got a very personal experience. Chris was an amazing guide who was with us on every step of the tour sharing his knowledge and guiding us. The tour itself was amazing.. the visit to Aiguille du Midi to the amazing views at the top to the pictures in the Glass box and views. We were able to see with great visibility before the clouds rolled to turn everything white. The visit to the ice caves was interesting and unfortunate too. But it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend taking the tour!
Thank you so much for your detailed and wonderful review! Chris is indeed a fantastic guide, and being a local, he brings a truly personal touch to the experience—we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. We’re so happy you had great visibility at the Aiguille du Midi and got to enjoy those breathtaking views (and brave the Glass Box!). The Ice Cave is certainly a unique part of the tour—even when it's a bit challenging, it leaves a lasting impression. Thank you again for your recommendation, and we hope to welcome you on another adventure soon! Best regards, The Keytours Team
Dress warm It snowed on us while we were at the top. I thought I could not do the 200 steps down (and up) to see the glacier cave! So happy I did. The highlight was walking INSIDE this beautiful huge glacier. Loved it. Everything was wonderful. We ate at the snack shop and it was delicious! I highly recommend taking this tour. Also, the tour around the city was fabulous! I liked the European United Nations and the huge chair!
Dear guest, Thank you for your fantastic review! It sounds like you had an incredible experience, from the snowy mountaintop to the breathtaking glacier cave—well done on conquering those steps! We're so glad you enjoyed every part of the tour, including the city highlights and the delicious snack shop. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we’d love to welcome you on another adventure soon! Best regards

We certainly enjoyed the lifts to the top of Mont Blanc and even the drive to Chamonix. The tour was short but about as good as you could expect. We did not do the walk to the Glacier, which was the full day tour. It was certainly worth the price.

This is one of the best tours I've did with viator, the group was small, guide was so informative and it was all arranged nicely, no rush

The tour was OK. They seemed to be a bit unorganized. It was difficult to understand what there was to do and where to meet the bus once I was in Chamonix.

Very good guide and the view on charmonix was amazing!
Tour in geneva was short but it was enough for us to have an overview of the place
