This is the perfect way to tour the city. The e-bikes were high quality and easy to use. Bruno our guide spoke excellent English and had an in-depth knowledge of Lisbon, its buildings and its history. The tour covered a wide area but the e-bikes made this easy. We would recommend this tour to anyone.
Daniel took us on an adventure, exploring many regions of Lisbon. It was Easter break and quite busy, but we felt comfortable on the bikes with our guide even when areas were congested. Lots of fun and lots learned. Thoroughly recommend this tour and Daniel!
Never received at all. Poor communication and poor customer service. Would not recommend. There was a glitch in the address with the GPS. Instead of understanding and rescheduling or refunding, they ignored my requests.
Terrible experience. There is a glitch with the way the Apple Maps & iPhone calendar pair with the Viator app and I was sent to the wrong address. Instead of immediately responding when I reached out, neither the tour operator or Viator has answered my request to refund for the tour I never received. Wasted day and wasted money. Very sad.
Bruno was a fantastically knowledgeable guide and we felt very safe with him riding in front as he gave clear signals. Three hours or so was a good length and we saw a lot of interesting things.

Great and professional guide. Explained the sites and history in a very clear and interesting way. The guide, Bruno, if I remember the name correctly was kind, patient, and a fantastic wealth of knowledge about the city’s history. Very much recommend. Five star experience.

Great start / end location, with a parking garage close by. (Street parking in that area limited to 2 hours. Location also metro accessible, Sao Sebastiao station just 2 blocks away.) We were checking it out for guests coming next month. It's definitely a great introduction to all things Lisboa, and the e-bikes were simple, effective, and easy. Best of all, the Guide is knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and fun. Bruno can tailor things to your knowledge and interests.

Absolutely loved our private e-bike tour of Belém in Lisbon! From start to finish, it was such a fun and relaxed way to explore this beautiful part of the city. Our guide, Daniel, was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable, and easy to be around. He shared just the right mix of history, local stories, and fun facts without ever making it feel like a lecture. The e-bikes made it a breeze to ride along the waterfront and through the historic neighborhoods. We covered so much ground without breaking a sweat, which made it perfect for a warm day. We stopped at all the highlights: Jerónimos Monastery, the Tower of Belém, the Monument to the Discoveries. Daniel gave us time to explore, ask questions, and take great photos. What made it really special was how personalized it felt. Bikeawish met us at our hotel with our bikes. Such great service. Since it was a private tour, we could set the pace, ask anything, and go slightly off the beaten path. We even made a quick detour to the LXFactory district…so worth it. If you’re visiting Lisbon and want a fun, active, and memorable way to experience Belém, book with Bikeawish. And ask for Daniel you won’t regret it!

This was definitely a highlight of our time in Lisbon. Bruno was an outstanding tour guide (the BEST!). He really was knowledgeable, personable, and he took us to see all the amazing places in Central Lisbon. It was SO fun (and safe) too! We were able to see a lot of Lisbon on e-bikes, and the bikes were in outstanding condition and easy to ride!! Also, it turned out to be just my husband and me! OMG! I highly and strongly recommend this tour to everyone! It was so amazing and fun!
