- From cruise terminals, walk LEFT for 2-8 minutes depending on which terminal your ship tenders to, until you see the Waterfront Centre building, a 2-story yellow building with a blue roof. We are on the ground floor near the south end of the building. For check-ins at the Cayman Falls office, it is opposite the Westin Hotel on Seven Mile Beach.

The sites we visited had lots of wild life to view and snorkel with. The crew was helpful and engaging. The sites themselves were very busy with other boats and tourists and at times felt crowded. The best part was holding and feeding the rays
Very professional, friendly staff. They went out of their way, above and beyond, to make sure everyone had a good time and was safe. The water was choppy the day we went, and the staff were very attentive and made sure everyone was able to get in the water and enjoy. The boat was in excellent condition (unlike the other boats that we saw out on the water).
