This city tour is designed for you to live the experience of knowing Cartagena de Indias from the Caribbean on board a kayak discovering magical places of the city, you will navigate through the pier the Pegasos from where you will have a unique view of the Clock Tower, the camellon of the Martyrs and the Convention Center, after crossing the Roman bridge you will enjoy the lagoon of San Lázaro and its mangroves that extend along the only portion of the wall over the sea until you reach the island of birds, an island of mangrove, inhabited by countless birds that accompany our passage with their melodious songs.

In this experience you will discover the hidden side of the city visiting Cartagena in Kayak having a unique view of the clock tower, the camellon of the martyrs, the convention center and the church of San Pedro among others
The Island of the Birds, is a mangrove island where you will enjoy the sight and the song of the different birds that inhabit this place in the middle of the lagoon of San Lazaro
You will cross the only part of the wall that is still in the water, you will navigate between mangroves and we will pass in front of Fort San Sebastián de Pastelillo

Carlos did a great job taking me on the bay, and pointed out different historical buildings, some wildlife, and he took pictures of me in different places on the water. He was friendly, showed me how to maneuver the kayak, and we took a brief break where he provided me a bottle of water. I also really appreciate him waiting as my Uber dropped me off 1 KM away from the meeting place. Thank you!
This was experience was very good. My tour guide was Carlos. I literally speak and understand a few words in Spanish. Carlos took his time and showed me how to use the kayak. Tour went around the whole harbor which was nice. If you don’t know Spanish, learn a few words so you can get a gist of what Carlos says. Carlos was at the meetup spot as described, read the information after you book the experience. Thank you Carlos for the experience.
What a great time we had kayaking around the bay! Einer was a lovely host and guide. The experience was very doable for a beginner like myself, and my husband and I were able to share a kayak/tandem. Be sure to add this to your to-do list in Cartagena!

Mu guide, Einer was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & fun. He taught me the basics of kayaking, showed me beautiful locations, including city views and a tiny island covered in beautiful birds. This was super fun and a fantastic way to view Cartegena
Andres was very nice and helpful. He made sure we knew the ropes and helped keep us safe. It was great to get out on the water. It was sad, though, to see how little Cartagenans treasure their shoreline, though, seeing all the trash in and around the water.
Our guide was really nice. It was great to get out on the water, but sad to see so much plastic trash floating. The company did a great job, however. Andres was a pro.
It was nice to see the Harbour and in particular what he called the lake (below the fort) from the water, do a bit of exercise and see quite a few birds (pelicans and others ) activity can be recommended!
Three of us had a very enjoyable & relaxing kayak tour of the bay with Andres! I have spent a lot of time in Cartagena but this was a first for me & would definitely recommend it as a different way of experiencing the city, while getting a bit of exercise too! Andres was on time, professional, helpful, informative & sent us great photos at the end. Thank you, Andres!
Loved being in a kayak and seeing Cartagena from the water! It was great to paddle around the area I call bird island where the egrets nested.
