This tour is designed to allow guests to experience two historic cities within the limited time available while your cruise ship is in port, which does require some travel between locations. We understand that this can feel like a trade-off between seeing more places and spending more time in each one. Regarding the Roman Theater, access can vary depending on timing, availability, and operational constraints on the day of the tour. Following your review, we spoke directly with your guide to better understand what happened during the tour. At the Cathedral Square, there was indeed a national holiday event with loud music. The guide made efforts to move the group to a quieter corner and continued the explanations there. As mentioned in the tour briefing, guests were asked to remain close to the guide in crowded areas and to inform him if stepping away. We understand that you became separated from the group, and we regret that this situation caused frustration. The guide also confirmed that he clearly indicated the meeting point at the bus in case anyone became separated, and when you rejoined, his reaction was simply relief after having looked for you. Regarding Cartagena, the tour includes a guided walk through the historic center, with the option either to return to the ship with the group at the scheduled time or remain in town and return independently. Both options were explained during the tour to give guests flexibility. We understand this may not have aligned with your expectations. In terms of photo stops, the itinerary does include several key locations where guests can take photos during explanations, such as the Cathedral and Sanctuary in Murcia and areas within Cartagena. We regret if this was not clearly experienced during your visit. Finally, we take all feedback about guide delivery seriously. At the same time, this guide consistently receives very positive comments for being engaging and knowledgeable, and we will continue to monitor feedback to ensure a high standard across all tours.
