The tour was a great experience. Visiting Baru, Rosario Islands , and Cholon was great. The ride back to Cartagena was very unique.
I had such a fantastic time ! It was super easy from the start and my guide - ROY - was super helpful , funny and energetic. The islands were gorgeous of course and the food was soo good. Definitely recommend this experience!
Ok first and foremost I’m writint a review I wish I saw. Roy is absolutely amazing as a tour guide to start off with, we had him, Fabian, and Chocolate as captain. Absolutely incredible experience. Now, tips, make sure you know which ione you’re booking, if its vip, eco, or party. I did the party one, there is still plenty of relaxation time on the islands and we end on a party island. Bring as little as you can its annoying to carry, you dont need a towel the sun will dry you, and you will get wet on the boat! The boat is a speedboat its fast, aka waves, aka water :) Not sure why or how there are negative comments its literally so straight forward, dont be late, its easy, you aren’t going far. The food provided was really good. The water is super warm on every island and its so blue and clear it almost looks like a filter. Bring cash, there is a port tax you pay when going by boat anywhere, read your ticket. In addition on the island its super lively, yes there are people selling things, nothing is free don’t expect anything to be free. Some islands have a card fee so its better to bring cash for everything, its fairly inexpensive. The drinks are incredible i had so many lemonada de coco and wish i had more. Roy was so hospitable and really told us everything to expect and what to do and not do, times to be back and everything. He had a really nice speaker on the boat and we listened to music!
