This excursion greatly enriched my vacation! Giuseppe is a great host, and you can feel that he loves his island and enjoys having guests, giving them a deeper insight into life on the island. We learned and saw a lot about the cultivation of capers, agriculture on Salina in general, and about the people. The local delicacies offered (snacks, e.g., with capers, wines,...) were molto buono and plentiful! The capers are even certified organic. I can absolutely recommend a visit! Giuseppe speaks English very well, which is another plus point. I even received free transfers to and from Malfa! A thousand thanks, Giuseppe and Crew!

Fantastic caper tasting with a passionate local host, Giuseppe, who provided our group with plenty of insight into caper production and the history of Salina and the other Aeolian Islands more generally. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
Giuseppe was amazing - we felt such a warm welcome on the island. Not only did we love the caper and wine tasting (so much mouthwatering food), but he also gave us an impromptu scenic tour when he picked us up and drove us to the caper farm. He went well above and beyond for us, including restaurant recommendations and language tips. Not to mention helping us secure a boat out to Stromboli the next day for the most magic night. Bravo! 👏🏻

Visit, friendly, warm and very rich in information. We were able to taste the local specialties of capers, cheeses, caponata and fennel Not to mention the excellent Malvasia delle Lipari wine. A real experience in the traditional culture of Salina.
