⏰ Estimated Time: If you need an estimated time beforehand, we can provide an approximate pick-up time, but this will not be definitive until the afternoon before the activity. Approximated Pick-up Times by Season: - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria: Between 7:45 h. and 09:30 h. - South Zone: Between 8:00 h. and 9:30 h. Pick-up Instructions Pick-up Point: Ensure that you provided the correct name and address for your pick-up point when making the booking. If you forgot to include this information, send it to us as soon as possible so we can assign your pick-up time. In areas with heavy traffic, especially in the capital, we may propose a nearby pickup point to the hotel to improve accessibility and punctuality. Pick-up Time Confirmation: The day before the activity, we will contact you between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone to confirm your exact pick-up time. Changes or Delays: If you need to change your pick-up point or are delayed, call us at (+34) 611 518 815 Communication Limitations: If you will not be reachable on the activity day, inform us in advance via email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone call. ⏳ Be Ready: Arrive at your pick-up point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, visible and prepared. ⏱️ Timing Variation: Pick-up may be delayed by up to 20 minutes due to traffic or other circumstances. We will contact you if the delay exceeds this time. Full-Day Excursion: 6 to 8 hours, including approximately 4 to 5 hours of canyoning activity and 2 to 3 hours of transport, depending on your pick-up location. Return Timing: Return times may vary due to reasons beyond Climbo's control. Climbo is not responsible for delays in passenger drop-offs.

- The access and return trek to the canyoning point includes a 2 km walk with steep slopes, requiring good physical fitness and sturdy waterproof shoes, followed by a 15-minute descent, the canyoning activity, and a 30-minute ascent over rugged terrain.
- There are no public restrooms at the activity site, so it’s recommended to use facilities at your pick-up location or at a gas station stop before or after the activity.
- All tours are led by certified professional guides, specialized in canyoning to ensure safety and a high-quality experience for all participants.
- The group size is limited to 8 people, providing an intimate and engaging group experience with other participants.
- Layered clothing is recommended, as weather conditions may vary throughout the day, and the activity is subject to changes depending on weather, terrain, or participants' needs at the guide's discretion.
- The route involves winding roads, so participants prone to motion sickness are advised to bring appropriate medication for comfort.
- The recommended minimum age is 5 years, and children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with a maximum of 4 child spots per tour; any transport adaptations must be requested 2 days in advance.
- Prohibited items and actions include sandals, strollers, drones, alcohol, drugs, aerosols, and littering, and participants must respect the environment by properly disposing of waste and avoiding eating or drinking inside the vehicle.
- Essential items to bring include comfortable sportswear, hiking shoes, a swimsuit (worn upon arrival), a towel, dry clothes, sunscreen, light food, at least 1.5 liters of water, and your printed or digital ticket or invoice.

Gran Canaria offers action! This trip was really worth it. Besides the pool and sun, it was a day full of adrenaline and fun! Victor was very knowledgeable and humorous. Trust plays a big role here, and I would always want to do it again with him.

A very beautiful tour that comes highly recommended for all the proposed stops. Our guide: Celeste was amazing! She took us to see the Red Canyon, a magical place, explaining many details. She was very friendly and kind, always ready to answer our questions. The visit was well-organized, making us feel welcomed and cared for at every moment of the day. We felt incredibly fortunate to see such evocative places rich in history, true authenticity, and beauty.
