It’s a good activity the only thing to remember it a another fee of $32 for others services on top of what you paid.
Driver Great.. Adventures overall is great. I met some fun and amazing people on the trip. Customer Service great... But should try to be more organized in the beginning. And to many hidden charges that I didn't know about... When I booked it, it looked like I paid, but it only said it would cost $25. When I got there, it was $50. Then you had to pay for the locker, then insurance. Then the food was 3 small tacos, which were good, but they only gave you water to drink, so now you had to buy a drink... the pictures where $20 for 1 or $45 for all.. Turned out to be a very expensive Adventure but overall I was happy.
I accidentally booked a wrong date so I contacted them, and they are very helpful and accomodating. Thank you very much!
There are SOOOO many cenotes in this area. This one is good but deep down and not as swim friendly as some others. As for the tour, Bring YOUR OWN water and snacks, it's a LONG time before they feed you the Mexican lunch or give you a full size cup for an actual drink. The crew was friendly enough but seemed more programmed to sell you upgrades then to ensure they are giving you the once in a lifetime experience you came far and paid ALOT for.
I'm not one to leave reviews, but this excursion in my opinion was just OK. It was my first time zip lining and going on ATVs. I actually hurt myself and the guy running the tour was very accommodating towards me. I loved that, thanks again. What I did not expect were the hidden fees per person that was due once you arrived. After paying for the entire tour your asked to pay like $40 per person for some unknown reason. That wasn't cool. The free lunch was enough for a toddler and it taste horrible. Overall, it was just OK.
Great time. Went for my solo birthday vacation. Booked this tour last minute but it was worth it. They send a bus to pick you up from your hotel, and take you to the destination. The ride was approximately 1 hour. We did the zip lines, ATVs, swan in the Cenote and had a nice lunch. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend!
The experience was great, I loved the zip line and cenote. But they don’t allow phones for pictures on the zip line nor ATV. Please pack a waterproof case. They charge 15 usd per picture and 20 for video. They do give deals on the whole purchase. They do ask for tips towards the end along with the driver. They also extra charge for locker and insurance for the ATV, which I recommend. And that’s on top of the 700 or something pesos for the park entry fee.
The zip lining was the first thing we did and it was very fun everything was great and the atv was good too and the cenote I had the best time ever
Trip cancelled by operator day before due to parks being closed on New Year's day. The date should not have been available for reservations. Last minute activity offered for speedboat which cost additional money and no transportation provided despite fully paying for cancelled activity that included transportation and not being reimbursed.
We had a great time atv’s horse back riding and zip lining. Great customer service and great pictures.
