Without Transportation: For travelers choosing the option without transportation, please meet us at our marina at 9:20 a.m / 12:20 p.m. (according your preferred time slot). You’ll find more details in your reservation ticket. With Transportation: For travelers who opted for transportation, we’ll pick you up at the designated meeting points or directly from your lodging, depending on the arrangements.
We will board the catamaran and set sail from Cancun to Isla Mujeres. Enjoy a national open bar throughout the trip and experience snorkeling in the clear waters. Upon arrival, you'll have 1.5 hours to explore the beautiful city of Isla Mujeres on your own. You'll also get access to our Beach Club and enjoy a delicious buffet, including vegan options for those who prefer them.
As the sun melts into the sea, we’ll set sail one last time—music playing, glasses clinking, and the sky painted in golden hues. Feel the ocean breeze and the rhythm of the moment as we cruise back to Cancún’s marina in pure serenity. Amazing time, first time in Cancun and we were told to visit isla mujeres and so we booked our experience last minute and everything was so much fun, the crew, the drinks provided, the free buffet lunch, was all so worth it, you definitely have to do this when you come to Cancun!

The experience was great. Staff was nice, friendly, and attentive. Crowd on boat was 43 persons. A more enjoyable experience would have been of less persons on board. Room was a bit tight.

The tour company did not send the prepaid transport for pickup at the hotel lobby as indicated in the booking instructions . The agent advised me by text msg that the van had waited at a nearby street somewhere in the vicinity of the hotel and could not wait any longer. I had been waiting on the hotel entrance stairs for 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time but the agent said I was 'confused' and to find my own way to the marina. There was insufficient time left to obtain the additional cash needed to cover taxi fare as well as the 850 pesos they charge in extra tour fees on arrival . I asked to be rebooked or refunded and they did not reply after several attempts to contact them . Unbelievable!
Pancho was great so funny and always dancing! The staff also made sure to keep the drinks coming. It was very windy the day we went out but the staff tried to be as accommodating as they could with the weather. I did love the fact that our catamaran wasn’t overly packed like I saw with some other. We had an enough space to spread out lay out on the boat and enjoy the views. We didn’t have a lot of time at Isla mujeras but with the short while we were there I was able to rent a golf cart and explore the island a little bit.
The day trip was exactly as advertised, and more. There was just the right amount of snorkel time, a wide selection of freshly prepared food, drinks were always at the ready, and the crew went above and beyond. Luis was our main guide and he made everyone feel special no matter what your language. He even snapped a photo for us while we were busy enjoying the water hammock off of the back of the boat after swimming on the north shore of Isla Mujeres, and shared it from his personal phone. All in all, a perfect day was provided by a crew of really nice people.
Everyone super friendly on the boat, but the lunch on the island was horrendous and kind of disgusting. We could not eat at all and we ate a sandwich we brought.
I was really looking forward to snorkeling, and Cancun is the ideal place to do it. We were completely satisfied. Thanks to our guide, José, for being very attentive.
