Very very bad experience. First, they bait and switch the vehicle type. They show Escalades and suburbans, meanwhile a broken down van which had horrible odor showed up. On the pickup, the driver said we need to leave by 7:30 the latest, as there is much traffic, meanwhile we are sitting here at 7:50 awaiting the driver.
Eduardo was very nice, we found him easily and had a very smooth ride to our resort. Would definitely recommend.
