If you prefer a group name, please let us know. - Communication: We recommend downloading WhatsApp or having an active network connection to ensure smooth communication. / Get 5% off Holafly for eSIMs. ✈️ Arrivals - Our service is designed for groups arriving on the same flight. - If your group arrives on up to 2 different flights, please send us all flight numbers in advance. This way we can prepare an itinerary and assign the correct meeting point at no extra cost. - If we do not receive this information in time and delays or waiting occur, the service will be charged as new and must be paid in cash to the driver. Service will be subject to availability. The same applies if you do not provide the correct flight number. - Please notify us of any flight changes to avoid complications and extra costs. ️ Safety & Comfort - Customer care is our priority: we want your experience to be comfortable and worry‑free. - Our private service is ideal for women, solo travelers, and those traveling with pets. - All our vans are equipped with GPS, ensuring safety and precise navigation at all times. Additional Stops - If you need to stop at a supermarket or another location, please let us know in advance. - One stop of up to 15 minutes is included at no cost. Pricing Policy - The price is per van, not per person. - If you have different departure times, an additional van must be booked for each schedule. - Please make sure to select the correct destination and product when booking. If the reservation does not match, the difference will be charged or the booking may not be accepted. ⏰ Departures & Transfers - Pickup time for transfers and departures will be agreed with you after booking. - A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this, the service will be considered a “No Show.” - Any modifications to the reservation (times, destinations, or service details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

This company is very reliable and extremely accommodating. They made arrangements for me to get picked up with a very last minute request. I dealt with the administrator Elina, and she was super communicative and extremely nice. She made me very relaxed knowing someone was coming to get me even though it was last minute. The driver was very experienced and nice. I would definitely only use them when I’m Mexico! They even reached out to me after getting home to make sure I had a safe trip.
