Nice tour and we really enjoyed being a small group! The guide Amanda was very friendly and professional - it simply was fun!
Thank you so much for the private tour. We were not expecting to have learnt so much history and all the knowledge of the area. Loved it all. Stefano was amazing and loved having us, he seemed to relax and enjoy as much as us!
If you are not staying in Malaga, and you don’t have a car, it’s very challenging and very expensive to reach the location of this activity. I spent almost €500 for myself and my two teens to do this and in the end we could not get a ride to and from the location in time. I would not have booked it if I knew this. We tried to get a refund but the operator refused. I understand they’re in business to make money but even a partial refund would’ve been appreciated. We used Viator for every trip and have never had this problem before.
Dear Ericka, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry you were unable to enjoy the experience you had booked with us. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for the benefit of future travelers: At the time of booking, you accepted our cancellation policy, which clearly states that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, which is why we tried to assist you by proposing different transportation options from Torrox Costa to the meeting point. Unfortunately, these suggestions were declined. Regarding access to the activity, we would like to highlight that all our guests until now have reached the meeting point from various locations along the Costa del Sol, even without a private vehicle. The starting location is well-connected and easily reachable by public transport, taxi, or private transfer. We regret that this situation resulted in a negative experience for you and your family. We are fully committed to providing a clear, personalized, and professional service, and we appreciate the trust you placed in us when making your booking. Sincerely, Customer Service Team Tours in Malaga
Amazing Marco! Marco!! Marco!!! He was an incredible tour guide… This adventure is long enough to learn so much history about Park Güell but condensed enough to keep my teenagers’ interest!
Juanma was amazing. Went above and beyond to be flexible and offered information which was so helpful to understand the area we were walking through. An amazing experience and would highly recommend.
A canyon with a bit of water and steepsided rock face. Probably not really doing it justice but that's my view. Dont go if you don't like heights (any height); can get exceptionally busy with group tours; about a 2K walk down from the entrance to collect your hardhat (compulsory), tickets brought in advance and a 3K+ walk to the south exit after the bridge. The walk itself is between 3-7k if you do the extra bits into the National Park. If you are not expecting this seriously lengthy uphill steps at the end (I wasn't) - it is not good for knees then the long walk to the car/coach point - this did my ankles in; avoid the trail. Whilst the walk on the trail was nice it was marred by this bit out of the canyon.
It was breathtaking and our tour guide was lovely but we did ask for an English speaking tour guide and he was Spanish and quite difficult to understand. It was also extortionate!
Good morning Elaine, I am glad to know that you liked the tour even though you consider that the guide was not English native speaker and that the tour was extortionate. You booked a private tour for 4 people and upon payment, you agreed to the rate. If that seemed expensive, we could offer cheaper tours joining you a group with 30 other people but we didn't receive any complaint at the time of your booking. We offer English tour speaking guides . That was what you'd got. They can be English native ones or not, but all of them fluents in English. Best regards,
What a beautiful and amazing place. Our guide, Juanma, did a nice job of pointing out all the features and telling us the history of the area. However, it was windy and hard to hear what he was saying throughout the tour, even though it was just the two of us. I will say that it was hot and the path at the end is not easy - about eight flights of steps and uphill to the shuttle bus. DO NOT wear anything but good walking shoes. It is approximately five miles - start to finish. You will be turned away if you wear flip flops. Bring water and a snack. The tour was great but, if we had to do it again, we’d pay the fee to get into the park and walk on our own.
Juan was excellent. So passionate about the park. Highly recommend. So knowledgeable. Beautiful scenery.
The Caminito del rey tour was fantastic. Olga was friendly and so knowledgeable - she let us go at our pace and gave us the history and showed us nuances we might have missed on our own. It's definitely worth seeing and experiencing.
