The horse show in Jerez de la Frontera was extraordinary. The visit to Cadiz was regular, a lot of walking following the guide to see interesting things in the sunlight.
A very well organised trip. Meeting place perfect. Carmela and Gwen were very good guides. Carmelo was very informative and very helpful. A very good trip. Xx
Driss was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable!
Ivan was a knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Pia was really helpful and went out of her way to assist participants.
A nice and cozy tour by Ivan and Pia (in training!). We had a wonderful day.
Great tour! Carmela was a great guide and was very knowledgeable about both Jerez, Cadiz and the areas we drove through on the tour. Would highly recommend!
Carmela was very nice and knowledgeable. She guided us to a fun and wonderful experience!
Excellent experience, although there was a small problem in Jerez, as the guide in the area said that the tours had to be conducted in Spanish or English separately; everything else was very good.
We had the departure at 9:00 AM. At 8:45, he called us, and we had to run to the bus. Upon arrival, we had to wait there for 1 hour until the rest of the clients arrived. In Jerez, we saw that there was a horse show, and although we offered to pay whatever it took, he did not lift a finger to help us enjoy it. There, he only took us to the winery, and there was no city tour. In Cadiz, he removed his identification to take us to the cathedral through back streets to avoid crossing paths with local guides, barely explaining anything and in a very rude manner. We asked him if we could make up for the time we lost waiting on the bus, and he told us to stay there by ourselves, being very unpleasant in his responses. The treatment of tourists and with the intern was very unpleasant.

Good morning. The guide was Petra. The starting point was at an agency and left before the scheduled time. The bus was more than a 10-minute walk away. On the bus, we were waiting for people, and during the trip, we had to stop again to pick up people who had been left behind at the meeting point. Thus, we lost 1 hour. There were English, Italians, French, and Spaniards. The guide spoke almost entirely in English, and the little Spanish he spoke was terrible. In Jerez, the service from the Narciso Pino Winery was very good. Then he took us to the square and from there to the bus. Without a local guide. He removed the badge. Next stop, Cádiz. From the port area to the cathedral on foot, where he gave us four explanations. From there to the beach through the streets, and that is where the visit ended. Very rude. I felt cheated. Nothing compared to other excursions I have done.
