We did a small group tour of Busan with our guide Roy and we had a great time visiting all the different sites in the city including the sky capsule , Gamcheon village and cable car . Roy organised the tour so everything went very smoothly and on time . He was very polite and well informed on all the history and details of the city . We had a fun and comfortable trip and would definitely recommend Roy as a tour guide .
We saw the most iconic places in Busan. Our guide TOTI was also great. He explained the history of the city throughout the day (with impeccable English). I recommend it, especially for travelers who do not have much time on site and wish to not miss any tourist attractions.
Best company tour in Busan, Toti has a really good english. He is enjoyable and adapts to everyone. Fun Journey don't hesitate and go for it.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our tour guide, **ROY**, for the outstanding service he provided during our stay in **Busan** in May. Thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and extensive knowledge of the history and culture of every place we visited, our experience was truly unforgettable. He took us to fascinating cultural sites and the best restaurants, making every tour enjoyable and memorable. In addition to being a true gentleman, Roy was always attentive to our needs. He was especially helpful with English-to-Korean translation whenever we needed assistance, making us feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout our trip. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Roy to anyone who wants to experience Busan in an authentic and enriching way. If I have the opportunity to return, I would definitely hire him again as our tour guide. Thank you so much for everything, Roy! It was a true pleasure having you as our tour guide. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Roy. Our party of 7 made up the entire group. He was prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, and took us to all of the sites. It was wonderful. His company had pre- purchased the sky capsule and the aerial tram tickets saving us time (price was built into the trip). We were able to cater the trip to our preferences (on the fly) and he was so kind and accommodating. If you want to see all of the sites in Busan and have a fun day I highly recommend using Roy’s group.
We took a private Busan tour yesterday, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Roy was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He arrived right on time, greeted us warmly, and immediately made us feel comfortable. His English is excellent, and his knowledge of Busan and its history is impressive. We learned so much about the city in just one day. What we appreciated most was that he never rushed us. He was patient, respectful, and always made sure we were enjoying each stop at our own pace. The convenience of hotel pickup and drop-off made the experience even better. Thanks to Roy, we were able to see all the major sights in Busan in a single day—something we definitely could not have done on our own. If you’re short on time and want to make the most of your visit to Busan, I highly recommend this tour. We feel very lucky to have found Roy and would not hesitate to book with him again.
My family (husband, wife 12 and 14 year olds) and brother in law’s family (husband, wife, 10 year old), had a a great day with Roy. He was knowledgeable, flexible, and engaging throughout. With the kid in tow, lunch had recommendations for seafood and non seafood options to where we could split up and meet back up for shopping at Jalgachi market and Biff square. And at the end if the day, with some of the group tired, we were able to book the cable car to reduce walking. Roy also had recommendations that he sent for places to go and restaurants to check out. Great experience!
An excellent and insightful experience. Our guide Toti was the best. He provided us with information and history and his fluency in English made the experience absolutely awesome.
Toti was an excellent guide. He was knowledgeable and shared many information on the history of Korea and the attractions. The ride was comfortable and we had enough time to sightsee. I rate him 5stars. Thank you Toti!
