Lovely driver. Only problem is if you are not at the pick up before 59mins ( waiting time is 60mins) the driver will leave without you even though you are in contact with him. We where delayed in passport control because the airport was doing a pilot test for a pandemic, I told the driver this and he knew we where there but he left us stranded anyway he told us to get a bus, it was 9.45pm however after many requests he came back at 11.25pm. Not good when we have travelled for 24hours without any sleep. Very apologetic and felt bad even offered to buy us coffees. I would suggest that when the driver knows you have landed they should honour your booking. I have used Viator for many years in Korea and the USA even for trips so I was surprised this time pickup did not go to plan. I would still recommend.
