Tarik was wonderful!!! He was Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this tour!!!
We never found the tour. Another company tour guide was helping us try to find the tour guide but we were still unsuccessful. We were in front of the Starbucks at the grand plaza and in the correct place and even the other tour company verified we were at the stated meeting location.
Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were unable to join the tour. Our guide was present at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time and remained there waiting for participants. The meeting location provided in the booking confirmation is the correct one and is used successfully by our guests. Unfortunately, as we were unable to locate your group at the meeting point, the booking was considered a no-show. We appreciate your feedback and regret that we were unable to meet on this occasion. Have a nice day!
Cesarina was an excellent guide. The tour was well paced and as I was the only participant she asked about my interests and knowledge about Brussels before taking me to interesting sites around the city. I enjoyed the tour very much.
A wonderful overview of the city and history. Cesrina is a lovely, engaging guide!
