I had a great experience at the Tipsy Tribe Brewery & Distillery Tour in Brussels. It was very relaxed and interactive and a perfect opportunity to taste some of the best Belgian craft beers. The Head brewer kept everything light and easygoing and it felt more like hanging out than a formal tour I got to taste some really nice Belgian craft beers and the tour was very educational and interactive regarding the brewing process. If you are in Brussels looking for an amazing beer tasting tour this is the best brewery I have ever been to. I tried many beers during the tasting but my personal favorite was RAD IPA if you visit don't forget to try this craft beer.
Best brewery visit! I'm quite impressed that the tour was led by the actual brewer himself (rather than a guide which is what you typically get in brewery visits). Very knowledgeable and passionate people running this place. After the tour I sat down in their terrace and tried some more of their brews. Doesn't get fresher than drinking craft beers right where they are made. Also very easy to get to, just 5 minutes walk from the Simonis metro stop. Next time I'm in Brussels I'll be visiting here again and try their gin and other spirits.
thank you so much for the review! We're so happy to hear that you enjoyed the brewery tour and our beers! Indeed our brewer-distiller Daniel likes to lead the tours 🙂 Looking forward to welcoming you again during your next Brussels visit!
It was an incredible experience, it is in a more residential place and a bit away from the center, but it is totally worth the walk (we walked from the center) and gave around 25 min walking, but it was worth every second to know the region and places that tourists would hardly know, but you can take the train to the side. The place is a small microbrewery and distillery, apparently made in “home”, but the place and the owners are extremely friendly and kind, the tour was very nice, with a very clear explanation and that gave to understand and learn a lot about the production of beer, from the process of choosing the flavor to the time of the bottling, the place is small, but very cozy and with more beer options to taste outside the tour. For us the tour was ideal and we would definitely not have learned so much in a tasting with many people, there we managed to remove doubts and learn the basics, but very well! When I get back to Belgium, I'll be sure to come back again! 👍🏻
Thank you for the great review! We're very happy to hear that you had a positive experience with our brewery tour and that you enjoyed the beers. We look forward to the opportunity to welcome you again next time you're in Brussels! :)
We'd passed here drill the tour. This one was really great we got to tell him a lot from the head brewery. And we were while it was a double batch of brewing so we could really see the work which was really great. After the tour of about an hour. We stayed put and tried all the beers and drinks which also took a while and was really nice. Owners very nice and cozy to speak in English and little Dutch. Highly recommended, hidden gem. Not a bad word to say about it!
Danku! Glad you guys enjoyed it, indeed you had a real behind the scenes experience :) enjoy the rest of your stay in Brussels and hope to welcome you again soon!
Casual, interactive and very informative! Guide knowing his subject! Tasting (beers and snacks) to match!
merci! 🫶🏻
Good and interesting beers, dispensed in the heart of a working brewery. Enthusiastic and friendly staff/owners. Did not try the spirits, but they sounded very interesting / unique. Only a short walk from Simonis metro / bus stop.
Thank you for the review! Hope to welcome you again soon!
Great little brewey off thd beaten track. Interesting selection of beer to suit any tastes. Thd groip tasted many including the Japanese IPA made from rice. I had a Three Way beer and this was excellent
Thanks for the review and glad you enjoyed it!
Daniel was on point with the info. The beer speak for itself. Great way to get out of the city center and try something different.
Thank you for the review, glad you enjoyed it. We hope to welcome you again soon!
We had a wonderful tour of the Tipsy Tribe Brewery and Distillery. They produce a variety of delicious beers, all made on site. Brewer Dan, was very professional and friendly during this visit. He was passionate about his productions. During his turn, we were able to taste two different beers that were excellent. For me these are the best beers in Brussels! After this we were able to discover the menu of cocktails based on their beers as well as their Gin, a successful blend of flavor. Between know-how and ecological values, we loved this visit!
Merci beaucoup!
Amazing place and great beers! I picked this tour because it was in a micro brewery; we got to see how beer is produced and had a chance to taste the beers made right there onsite! They produce both traditional Belgian styles as well as more funky beers. Plus they are also a distillery so after the tour some people had cocktails (didn't know the difference between a brewery and a distillery so it was two birds with one stone). One of my highlights in this Brussels visit, highly recommend it.
Thank you so much! It was a pleasure to welcome you, glad you enjoyed it too :)
