We were at the meeting place we were given about 5 -10 minutes in advance. No tour guide or group. We reached out and were contacted by the tour guide who came by and found us. We don't know what happened but he was very apologetic about it. We loved the tour. Alessandro was very knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor. He was very good at making sure we were all there when we moved on. It felt like we got a good overview of Brussels history and culture. We will definitely recommend this tour.
