Excellent service.

Lacey communicated well and was right where he said he’d be despite it taking 1 1/2 hope to get through customs and collect our luggage. Pristine car and smooth ride.

Got the job done:)

Car was clean but smelled of smoke. Would have appreciated a small bottle of water since it was over an hour ride. Driver was courteous. He did notify us that he could be 10-15 minutes late. Got to the airport in plenty of time.

We apologize for the smell of smoke and the absence of water, this was a vehicle that was coming out of maintenance, we will check this with the garage, because the driver is a non-smoker. However a bottle of water is obligatory in our vehicle for each passenger! We will work to improve these aspects to ensure a more pleasant experience in the future.
