Marie was wonderful. Very informative and entertaining. She made us fall in love with Bruges, definitely recommend this tour
Enthusiastic guide, many pieces of information but not overwhelming. Also time and space to listen.
Lovely start to the visit of Brugge Rune was lovely and very knowledgeable easy pace for all aged people
The tour guide never responded to my messages and then didn’t show up to the tour. This wasted our time as we walked 20 minutes to the tour location, waited 20 minutes at the assigned destination, and then 20 minutes back. This was a huge disappointment. I am not sure I would use Viator again. I feel that I should be compensated beyond just the requested refund.
The guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. She packed a lot in in 2 hours. A very thorough tour hitting all the high points.
I booked this walking tour as it came up on Trip Advisor as a recommended activity. We have done a few walking tours in the past and always found them most informative. Having never been to Bruges we felt this would give all the background information on this UNESCO site. Whilst our guide was charming and spoke very good English we felt that we only skimmed the surface of this city. We would have benefitted tremendously from ear pieces to hear the history and details of Bruges whist walking between stops. So much more info could have been shared.
Great tour. Busy streets hard to hear Maria, the guide. I wish she would have worn a bright color hat so we could keep up with her more easily.
Great walking tour of the south side of Bruge. -Started at the train station. -Walked to the nuns place. then some photo spots on the river and showed us where the boat tour that is included in the tour is located. some small streets and shops, beer pipes under the road. Then walked to the central plaza to end. -The boat tour is any time after the tour. You bring the trip advisor ticket and give to the boat stand. The boat tour is the same as all the other boat tours, they all go the same route. -The guide was great, she was very enthusiastic, Friendly, happy. She spoke loudly and clearly. kept everyone safe from the horses. -It was very crowded in some areas. Our group was about 10-15 people. There was many other groups roaming around everywhere. Overall it was a great morning tour of the south side of bruge
Fiona is an exceptional guide who makes the tour enjoyable and interesting. The key to a successful tour is your guide and she makes a difference! Thanks for everything!
Tour covered most of Bruges. Tour leader was very knowledgeable but hard to hear at times. At times walked fast
