Loved the Borghese...

Loved the Borghese Gallery itself. We were offered a last minute free upgrade with a guide that we accepted. However, it would have been better to have gone through this beautiful gallery on our own. Highly recommend the experience, but with just the audio.

Horrible experience and still waiting on refund

We booked a guide tour which was pricey and arrived to the location and no one was there. Instructions said to look for tour guide with red flag and they were not there. I called customer service and they said they were going to to contact the person which they did and they started sending me tickets through WhatsApp. I paid for a guide and they basically told me to just go in. I requested a refund since it is not what I paid for and they said they need approval from the company to receive money back! I still have not heard from them nor have I received a refund

Just a ticket and QR code for audio guide.

This is just a ticket with a QR code to scan for an audio guide. Make sure you scan the code before entering the museum since cell service is poor inside the museum. Bring your own headphones. This audio guide is not good. Several of the pieces they talked about were not on display in the museum. The audio guide only spoke about a few pieces. Try to get your audio guide from the museum and not from this service. I learned more by listening to other in-person guides.
