She's fantastic. Explanations jump automatically when you approach the site they will explain. It allows you to get to know the city very completely and at your own pace.
Excellent experience. The audio guide is activated, during the route indicated by the map, at each point of interest marked with a flag. Very good explanation.
We found the content very loose, a lot of audios were no longer than 30 seconds. In others there were minutes of music... We learned something and in the end, following the tour, you get an idea, but I do not recommend it.
He revisado su reserva y veo que sí activó la tour, pero no visitó ninguno de los puntos en la ruta. Hemos escrito 36 historias con un total de más de hora y media de audio. Cuando en el texto se menciona a un cantante popular local o a un compositor famoso, incluimos también una canción relacionada. Parece que ha ido desplazándose manualmente por los fragmentos de audio. Esa no es la forma adecuada de vivir la experiencia de la tour. Es una pena que haya decidido dejar una reseña negativa sobre un servicio que realmente no llegó a experimentar, en lugar de ponerse en contacto con nosotros. Con gusto le habríamos ayudado o buscado una solución. Estamos convencidos de que hemos creado una ruta a pie preciosa, llena de historias interesantes, y por suerte la mayoría de nuestros usuarios están de acuerdo.
Great audio guide! Perfect to discover the city at my own pace. I think I wasn’t the only one using it, because I always met the same people along the way — we could almost have formed a small group without knowing it!

This was a great way to see the city. As it was a guided tour on an app I could do it at my own pace over two days. I would often stop for a bite to eat or to explore an area. The stories and fun facts really brought it all to life. Also, I discovered parts of the city that I would never have found myself.

Unable to have partner share the experience no one on site to help figure it out very disappointed . Also difficult to navigate how to arrive to the different sites.
Thank you for your feedback, you booked a duo ticket and I can see in the logs that only one of you used the acces code... Unfortunatly sometimes gps is not 100%. That's why we built in the option to manualy activate the story's... I think you tried to reach Viator, since we did not receive any help request from you. Anyway, feel free to contact us for a solution. We are not happy unless you are.
It wasn't easy, the instructions were poor. I finally listened to it in bed at night. But explained very well.
Mi dispiace che abbia avuto difficoltà con le istruzioni. In realtà è tutto molto semplice: si installa l’app, si inserisce il codice e il resto viene spiegato direttamente nell’app. Probabilmente le informazioni ricevute tramite Viator sono state un po’ fuorvianti, purtroppo noi di CityAppTour non possiamo intervenire su questo. Sono comunque felice che alla fine sia riuscito e che abbia potuto godersi le storie che abbiamo scritto sulla splendida città di Bologna.
