Please be ready at your chosen pickup point 30 minutes before your departure time. Our pickup vehicles are well marked with Reykjavik Excursions logo. In Reykjavik City Center, pick up directly from hotels is not permitted, therefore there are special bus stops within walking distance that are specifically for pickup/drop off for airport transfers and tours. For further information and to find which bus stop you should select for pick up, please enter your accommodation address in the search box of www.busstop.is. Please note, city center hotels aren’t included in the pick up list, you will need to select your closest bus stop number. You decide at the Blue Lagoon on your return time from the Blue Lagoon, here below is the timetable: From Blue Lagoon to Reykjavík: 13:15; 14:15; 16:15; 18:15; (20:15 from June 1.2026).

Do not book with this company. Arrived at the pickup spot at the map they sent us and the coach necer arrived. Stood in the rain for 45 minutes. When I called to find out what was happening, they said they had picked up others from the spot and could do nothing for us as we were marked as a no show, even though we were there. Absolutely no way they picked up others from the meeting point they told us to be at. I requested a refund for the transfer portion of the ticket, as they did not transport us anywhere, and was denied. Worst customer service. Do not use this company.
Pick up was confusing. First got on City Bus and taken to bus terminal for bus change to Blue Lagoon. Blue Lagoon was great. Bus left exactly at or before schedule. Already paid for return and arrived at pickup at 10:15. Bus gone. Did not want to wait another hour. Very expensive trip ban to Reykjavik in cab.
Amazing not crowded, Bus picked us up down the block from our hotel .The package included 1 drink plus 3 different face masks Plus a package of masks to take home
It is a very relaxing experience. Being in the water makes your body feel good. Everyone should try it!!

We loved the Blue lagoon very much but the transportation was not great. We were picked up at the proper stop then the driver had to make several more stops and then I thought we were on our way but they dropped us at a bus terminal where we had to board another bus and sit and wait for more people to arrive . It wasted so much time Coming home again the driver had to make many stops and we were on the bus a long time For what we paid for this tour we would have expected and appreciated a small bus with less stops. We lost so much of our time

Come early for this one grab the premium package. You get a lovely drink three facemasks and you can spend hours here. The change rooms are very westernised here. Don’t worry you’re not showering naked in front of anyone.
