If you do not see you Hotel or Villa listed it is likely that you are out of our pickup Zone and there will be additional transportation cost to accommodate you. -For travelers arriving on Cruise Ships in Ocho Rios there are TWO Cruise Ship Piers. (1)Ocho Rios Cruise Ship Pier located on Turtle Beach Road. (2)Reynold's Pier located at 2 Main street Ocho Rios. your pickup info is as follows from each. (1)Ocho Rios Cruise ship Pier located on Turtle Beach Road: •The pickup location and meeting up with your driver will be at the Harbor Shop Shopping Center which is located outside the Cruise Ship port. •The Harbour shop Shopping Center is just a three minutes walk from the port lobby. •After you exit the port Lobby gate continue walking straight and do not turn off. It's a straight walk. •Continue walking ahead along the walking path for three minutes. •Look ahead you will see the entrance of the Harbor shops shopping Center entrance and your driver with the Company's Sign and Logo as listed and shown on your booking confirmation email. •Once booking is confirmed you will receive a Map as a guide to assist with your pickup direction leading to the Harbor shop Shopping Center pickup location. (2)Reynold's Cruise Ship Pier located at 2 Main Street Ocho Rios. •After exiting your Cruise Ship you will go to the bus Parking lot, from there you will see the main road . •Upon exiting the parking lot at the gate to go onto the main road, there and then you will see your driver with the Company's Sign and Logo as listed and shown on your booking confirmation email.

Very Beautiful! Water shoes were definitely helpful! Locals are amazing to help. Viator does a great job arranging the tour.
We had a great time with our driver Courtney. He was very kind and friendly. He stayed with us all day and made us feel comfortable. Our raft guide was Shadow and he was great. The bamboo raft wasn’t what we expected and honestly we would never do it again. They need to avoid the people at the beach who are pushy and rude. We had a bad experience there. The Blue Hole is amazing! Our guide there was Riley. He was so calm and patient. He made us feel very comfortable climbing the falls. He took us all the way up to top for several jumps. It was really amazing! The photographer took some good pictures, but he was pretty pushy about us buying a package. We really didn’t need to spend the money, but we felt like we had to. After that our driver took us to a restaurant that was very good, but pricey. We didn’t expect to pay that much and wanted more of a local experience instead of a sit down restaurant. Overall it was a great day! We appreciated Courtney very much!
Courtney our tour guide was the best! The whole trip was amazing definitely a must for anyone visiting Jamaica! And Jamar the photographer wow! We couldn't ask for anymore!
