Biologist Owned & Operated: Dolphin Watching & Guided Snorkeling

Description
Introducing Squid! The quietest experience you will have on a boat while watching dolphins. We worked with David Walworth, an MIT educated Naval Architect and Principal Engineer known for his high-efficiency catamaran designs, to build the perfect boat for our trips from scratch. Our amazing crew are closely trained by our Honest Eco Biologists. Crew training starts on land with research and mission alignment before moving onto the water where we hone our seamanship skills and work to become as effective as possible at delivering on our Purpose. We Work to Spread the Value of Wildlife Conservation “People Protect What They Love.” Jacques Costeau said it, and it inspires us at Honest Eco as we work to help people discover and fall in love with the environment we are all part of. We are continuously learning and pushing ourselves to be as environmentally responsible as possible.

Its honestly worth every penny! I wouldve paid a 100 dollars more! Very safe and comfortable. 10 out of 10. Charlie and Noah were super cool and know this place like the back of their hand. They delivered on every aspect of the tour. We seen the dolphins and the rays and everything in between. If your looking for amazing chill time these are the guys and this is the trip. I learned alot and seen alot. Im booking another round before I leave the keys thats for sure.
Fun, educational and exciting. I highly recommend this company. My 11 year old son and I did this together. We saw pods of dolphins, snorkeled with a marine biologist! and walked on a sandbar. We had great healthy snacks and water. The equipment was great! The boat was awesome. Charlie and Noah are 5 Stars!!
This was the best snorkel tour I’ve been on and would do it again in a heartbeat. Our captain maneuvered through the shallow waters safely and our snorkel guide (a marine biologist) showed us and named many different species of fish as they went by. We saw dolphins swim under our boat and while in the water we saw barracuda, tarpons, stingrays and many other types of fish. We learned a lot about the underwater life and about the keys. Charlie and Noah were full of stories.
My husband and I just returned from the dolphin, snorkel, and sandbar tour, and it was truly phenomenal. We’ve been on many snorkeling tours throughout the Keys and the Caribbean, and this was by far the best. One of the first things we appreciated was the smaller group size—there were only about 14 people on our tour, which made the experience feel much more personal. Captain Andrew and first mate Sarah were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about everything we encountered. About 20 minutes after leaving the marina, Captain Andrew spotted a pod of dolphins. We had the amazing opportunity to observe around 12 dolphins in their natural habitat. Andrew and Sarah shared fascinating information about dolphin biology and behavior, which made the experience even more meaningful. After about 30 minutes with the dolphins, we headed to our snorkeling spot. I wish I could remember the name, because it was absolutely beautiful. We saw several large southern stingrays, tarpon, and even a shark (either a nurse shark or a lemon shark). Some guests also spotted a loggerhead turtle! Sarah was in the water with us the entire time, offering guidance and making sure everyone felt comfortable. The crew was clearly attentive and safety-conscious throughout. We snorkeled for about an hour (maybe longer), then returned to the boat where we enjoyed fresh veggies and hummus. After that, we took a short ride to a sandbar and spent time relaxing and floating in the water—it was the perfect ending to the trip. This tour was truly the highlight of our Key West adventure. I highly recommend Honest Eco Tours—they were absolutely spectacular!
Exceptional! We saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, and snorkeled with a variety of fish. Understand the coral is mostly dead but we were able to see a few colorful spots. This tour was our favorite and we’ve done 5 over our 2 week stay. Eat before you go, they provide snacks, but we recommend a good breakfast beforehand.
It was absolutely amazing! Charlie and Andrew were great!! We saw lots of dolphins! And snorkeled two different locations. The. Fruit and veggies were so good and fresh!
Captain Andrew and Sarah were amazing! All questions from guest were answered. This was my first open water snorkel. We saw amazing wildlife!! Thank you for an amazing experience!
Informative, friendly hostesses who love to share their love for the reef, ecosystem and overall area. This was a better experience than my first time snorkeling in Hawaii. Everything was proved, including organic snacks and cold water along with brief education of equipment and environment.
We had an Amazing and EPIC trip with Capt. Mo and first mate Sarah!!!!! We had a small group and those two treated us all with a great trip!!! Great fun, engaging talks sharing their knowledge and saw amazing sights- dolphins, nurse sharks, spotted eagle manta rays and much more!! Would definitely recommend and would book again! Thanks so much!
