Last minute cancellation, total scam. Avoid
Hi Hannu, sorry but I have to reply because this isn’t a scam. There wasn’t a minimum group size for the tour; it was just your booking. A week beforehand, I wrote to you saying we couldn’t go ahead with the tour and asking if you wanted a refund so you could confirm and I could process it. You didn’t reply. On the day of the tour, I processed the refund manually because obviously we weren’t going to charge you for the trip, and I never heard from you again. Please don’t leave reviews like this because we’ve been transparent with you at all times. I’m sorry if you felt otherwise. You can check the refund on your bank account and the date.
