Great overview of the city. Be prepared for ALOT of stairs! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Nuria was a delight. Very knowledgeable and accommodating, especially with my mom who has some mobility issues. Very personable and made sure to cater to what we wanted to see and do. So lucky to have gotten her as a tour guide. She even helped us find the best way to the meeting spot with very clear and helpful instructions. She really helped us to get to know Bilbao and the culture of the Basque Country. Her enthusiasm and love for the country shows through and her kindness and affinity for people as well. Ask for Nuria, she’ll show you the best places to eat and all the secrets that most tourists will miss.
Lovely tour with a local! iñigo is super knowledgeable and super friendly. He customizes the tour showing you the nice spots of Bilbao and also some hidden gems
Our tour guide, Alejandro was in constant contact with us prior to the meeting. It was easy to find him by the Guggenheim Museum. He even brought us a little gift. The tour was very informative and tailored to our interests. Alejandro was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city of Bilbao. He had a great sense of humor as well. He was very caring and obviously enjoyed being a guide and we enjoyed having him as our guide. We highly recommend!
Manuel was competent and friendly; unfortunately he left us already 20 min (!) before the agreed and paid 2 hours in a hurry - a next tour has been waiting.. We found this very disappointing for € 358.- ( 4 pers. ), will also report this to our friends , who are on their way to Bilbao..
Wonderful experience and really enjoyed Robin’s company and insights. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and flexible to make the tour suit me. A must do when in Balbao - don’t miss it!
The tour was great because it allowed us the flexibility to see and do the things that we most like.
Our guide was a nice person but his English was very difficult to understand. One would assume that at this price point a good English would be a requirement ?
The local guide was so knowledgeable. Obviously knew and loved the city. 2 hour private walking tour took us to all parts of the city. Loved it.
This unfortunately did not meet our expectations. I know it was a customized tour but we know nothing of Bilbao and just paid someone to show us the highlights , the communities and explain the history in a 3 hour tour. We wandered. Saw communities but got few details. As for history well we could have read most of it online from Wikipedia . She kept asking what we wanted to do but did not deliver on any topic. We had great tours in San Sebastián and Santiago de Compostela. This one was not worth the money.
